“I came into Halfords about 20 minutes before closing time looking for a headlight bulb. A team member kindly asked if I needed any assistance, and John came over twice to check in and help me find exactly what I needed. He was very helpful and professional. Once I’d picked out the bulb, John asked if I’d like it fitted, and he quickly arranged for another gentleman to do it. As soon as I stepped outside, the gentleman kindly asked if it was about the headlight and fitted it in no time! I was out in less than 10 minutes. Really impressed with the level of service, especially so close to closing time. Thank you to John and the team for going above and beyond!”

I forgot to give him the code to switch off the air suspension when I left the car so he couldn't put it on the ramp but he didn't complain when I returned and completed the tyre change quickly, put everything away tidily and even checked all the tyre pressures. I was very pleasantly surprised, the gentleman engaged in a conversation to understand more of the symptoms and then I left it with them. “Hands down the best bodyworks service I have ever received! I had some damage on my car and found Darren's garage very local to me. He inspected the damage and explained thoroughly in detail the process that would be involved in the repairs - his passion for this work is very evident to see. Even with his busy schedule, he was able to pencil me in at short notice and I received the car back looking brand new the same day. He even kindly touched up some other areas of my car that had some scuffs. The photo updates during the day showing the progress of the work were also a nice touch! I am very pleased with the results work and the price for the repairs and would definitely recommend Darren and his son for their great, friendly and professional service.”
