They sent a wrong drill bit type once and had the correct one with me by the end of the next day which is the customer service you need from suppliers, mistakes happen but the important part is the resolution and they more than stepped up. “I have used Andy on two cars over 6 years and I can not rate him highly enough. He does an excellent job and takes pride in his finish. My BMW had a massive dent on the sill which was repaired as good as new at home without the need to lose the car for a few days. But I mainly taking the time to write this because I had a dent on my brand new Volvo XC60 rear door and I was nervous about getting the whole panel resprayed. Andy understood this and rung me back recommending I try Paintless Dent Removal (PDR). I’d never heard of it before. Anyway, I found someone who fixed it perfectly. No respray. Andy could have simply done the job, but he put the customer first and for that I highly recommend him.”
