“Store manager was friendly and very helpful, the stock in the store was decent too and prices fair. Got what we wanted quickly and all was good. Highly recommended second hand furniture store.”
“A good option: normal rooms, kitchen, bathroom and toilets, TV and wi-fi. Close to buses to the center and overground. The nearest metro is Kensal Green - 10 minutes walk. The staff is correct and responsive - quickly answers the phone and e-mail, ready to help. Depending on the weather, you can dine on the terrace.”
“On a Sunday at 6pm this shop is open so great for last minute jobs which need different tools”
“Has a lot of variety. amazing place to go into when your looking for something. friendly staff. will always help you find what you're looking for.”
“James did several small jobs on a flat that I rent out. They were done quickly and well and at a very reasonable cost.”

“High five to Brixton British Heart Foundation and the bonnie Brixtonians who Donate to it. Recyle / re-use: Thank you to the sweety who, rather than throw out a WORKING, slick (looked almost brand new) slimline Dell keyboard into a rubbish bin, donated it to Brixton British Heart Foundation. I am using it and thoroughly enjoying it - thank you. (Oops, my last keyboard, I ... spilt Cava on it :( Do Donate: It's a crying shame that cool functional stuff is thrown out into bins - electricals wont degrade in landfills. I spent two painful years clearing out my family home in Edinburgh, and tried to donate as much as possible which could be resalable at charity shops (in particular the British Heart Foundation as my mother died of heart failure :( or gave suitable items to charities which supported homeless people entering new homes. But fair play, I appreciate charity shops have a max capacity that they can store / "shelf" space. Brixton British Heart Foundation Staff: I have always found them v helpful (they even tested the keyboard) and uber sweet (thank you). British Heart Foundation ebay store: I so hear the discontent on this. It's pants that one may see something cool in a BHF shop but it has been allocated for an e-bay sale (I've bitten my lip as I appreciate that the BHF wish to gain as much profit for their cause). Some Brixton Items not up for Charity Shops: In my shared forecourt I see so much stuff being dumped into our shared industrial sized waste bins which will go into landfill and not degrade. Electricals, if it's not up for being resold at Brixton British Heart Foundation then try discarding electricals at Brixton Currys. Clothes - At one time TK Maxx, H&M had clothes recycling bins not sure if they are still there. There our "clothes2 containers outside Tescos. On my way to Brixton Tesco, I look forward to my next Brixton BHF visit to see what gem I might discover. ps Goldstar to the persons who reply to BHF Google Review comments - that's always a great reflector of a "brand's" good engagement with customers.”
“I bought a futon and a bookshelf in this store. The lady at the front desk was wonderful! She was kind and helpful, she answered all of my questions and confirmed with the delivery man if the furniture will fit in the doorway. The delivery was fast and straightforward. I am satisfied with the purchase and the survice.”
“Cheap and they always friendly and helpfull”
“Just purchased a new dishwasher and sales, delivery and fitting service was excellent. I’ve used AO and they won’t as good as this.”
“You see how Evri gets a bad reputation for missing parcels? Stores like these are one of the reasons why. Literally anyone can just pick up any parcel in the huge dump of parcels and just take it. I use them regularly so I have no personal complaints but every time I go there I just imagine one bad seed helping himself to some random parcels.”
“Brilliant service, super friendly and kept me up to date with regular progress reports. Fixed two high end LG designer monitors by replacing the board that contained the faulty usb c port. Save a lot of money instead of replacing the screens. Would highly recommend if anyone is going through a similar thing. Lovely people”
“Before going to expensive retail stores, make sure to check this place out for any 2nd handed new items. Some cool stuffs might be found around here”
“This shop is amazing, great range of products which are good quality and well presented. Staff and volunteers are extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Our questions were answered professionally and clearly and prices were very reasonable. You are a real asset to your local community.”
“There was a young asian man worked off his feet this morning 6/7/25, I just wanted to show appreciation as he was working alone on the till and stayed calm and kind even when customers were rude about waiting. Thank you for your hard work, also big thanks to the man who carried my purchased set of drawers to my car. I am very happy with them!”
“Mitchell came and did some body work for me today. He was able to fit in an appt at short notice and did an excellent job in rectifying some body work that needed doing on my Jag before its sale. Can't fault his work,a true professional who enjoys and takes real pride in his work!”

“Bought a lumenition ignition system for a Jaguar V12 the guys were polite and beyond helpful. I had some adjustment issues and Roy was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Great service”
“I donated a few things to this store and had a great experience. I was told the dining table would need the legs taken off and to check for the fire safety labels on the chairs. The van came on the day they said and the collectors were prompt and polite. I loved getting my email telling me how much all the donations were sold for and would not hesitate to donate more in future.”
“Always manages to do my bike the same day , super friendly & is the most affordable in the area”

“Hussain helped me with electrical works & handyman tasks throughout the house. He is punctual and very efficient. Highly recommend him for home renovation projects.”
“The business was professional, orderly, clean, and run by a real artisan. Our entire house had a complete re-plumb from the business. There aren't, in my opinion, enough uplifting words to adequately convey what a fantastic job was accomplished. We will without a doubt suggest the business to friends and neighbours.”
