“Ordered 4 raised beds to collect. The whole process was straightforward and collection process was easy and efficient. I think they were in store anyway but I wanted to he sure to get them so I ordered for collection. We also bought some tomato plants. I noticed a good selection of vegetable and salad plug plants. I've also bought taps recently and the staff were helpful with advice for my choice. Garden furniture looked reasonably priced too.”

“I don't ordinarily post reviews, but the staff in this store were extraordinarily helpful, to an extent that went beyond normal customer service, and they suggested leaving a positive review would be a good way of expressing my gratitude - hence this post. I needed some bolts and washers to assemble a chair and, due to being pretty hopeless when it comes to DIY, initially bought the wrong product. When I returned to the store with the chair frame, store manager Vishal not only assisted me in buying the correct items but actually helped me assemble the chair in store. I was also refunded for the wrong items I'd bought. This is not a service I really had any right to expect, so wouldn't have been at all put out if Vishal had not been able to assist me, but I was extremely grateful for his assistance. Excellent service all round, which I hope will be recognised by the employer (ideally, with good pay, terms, and conditions on an ongoing basis, not just a certificate saying "well done").”

“Great service and product - When all mainstream suppliers (Currys/Argos/AO) had sold out of refrigerators or had ridiculous wait times during the 1st lockdown, a colleague suggested their local appliance shop. Luckily I got one of the last fridges they had in store, and they didn't price hike, big respect to small businesses that didn't try and profit from the pandemic. I didn't know the brand before buying, but was told the capacity was larger than most for the footprint, happy with their advice, never had an issue. They even went above and beyond with free delivery to me outside of the M25, they installed next-day and even took the packaging away. Would definitely use again.”

“Really big complex. Clothes stores, very fast Argos service,wide range of products great meat counter, bread,cake and sushi counters. Wide range of beer, spirits. A lot of space in aslies which helps with easy shopping. Plenty of parking space and very good bus transport links. Buses can drop of inside Sainsbury's car park or outside stores. In store order collection. Best local Sainsbury's for a full shopping week. Plenty of cash outs and self service. Hardly any ques at checkouts. Clean,bright and refreshing place to shop. Staff always available for help or support. Shelf's well stocked. A lot of economic products on sale. Really worth an experience.”

“Didn't really plan to but have ended up with both a retro fridge and range oven from these guys. They were happy to fix the oven when we had problems with it within the warranty period; no issues with fridge two years on. Delivered and installed items efficiently.”
