He was really friendly and patient, and took his time to make sure I was happy with the service. They fitted me in really quickly, flagged some other issues with the car that I hadn't spotted and gave me a really competitive quote on getting everything done, and took the time to touch up a few extra spots free of charge. The work Mark and the team do is fantastic - they turned it around two days quicker than originally quoted, and the car came out looking brand new, so much so the lease inspector said it looked like it had barely left the showroom. Would 100% recommend WWFI as it's a great independent business run by friendly people who love what they do.”

“Very straightforward... Took car in for a quote for fairly minor repairs which Azizi gave up front and then asked to bring it in next working day for the work to be done. It took one day more than expected and I was told about that fairly late on in the day but not a major issue. The work done was very good and I can't see any evidence of the former scratches/damage that were all repaired. I didn't know what to expect beforehand and didn't shop around for quotes so don't know how it compares on cost, but the quote seemed very reasonable to me for the work which is why I didn't bother to get other quotes. Very happy and would use again.”
