My car broke down on Monday afternoon and Purley Garage not only set me up with a speedy recovery (I was stranded with my toddler - shout out to Road Home recovery), but also fixed the clutch and rear shock absorbers the next day. I'd called several garages in a panic, but they couldn't help with recovery and had all got 2 week waiting lists and I really rely on my car. Purley Garage truly saved me this week, I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future”

“I go to General Auto’s regularly for my MOTs and servicing and they always deliver to an excellent standard. Recently went to have my clutch replaced in my car and the turnaround and advice they gave me was second to none. Also recently had my light bulbs in my car replaced and they were able to fix it and point out that the holder was snapped off which is why the light couldn’t be secured properly into place and offered me a solution (something all other mechanics and Halfords I’ve went to have missed!)”

“CMW hero’s I have just had a VW Golf serviced at one of the local dealerships. They reported that one of the seat belts was stuck. When I collected the car the adapter for the dog lead was stuck, it has a number of attachments and the wrong one had been used, they refused to accept responsibility and we left. We went straight to CMW to desperately ask for some help, my wife was ferrying around our daughter and her brides maids the following day looking for a wedding dress and needed all the seats. One of the guys had a look, tried and tried to release the seat belt and after a lot of determination and skill managed to get the dog lead adapter free. We are so grateful and cannot thank them enough.”

“Visited Neil at Slowboy Racing today to sort out a troublesome hesitation with the car. Neil precisely diagnosed the issue (before even seeing the car via discussions over email) and with a remap solved the issue completely. When I arrived Neil spent the time to go over the car, given that I’d only recently purchased it and made me aware of a few small issues, looked into these for me and helped with friendly and clearly knowledgable advice. A pleasure to deal with and I’ll be taking the car to Slowboy Racing for any future works that I need doing without hesitation.”

Dean provides excellent personalised customer service and doesn't just know cars but your car and its needs. Gave really good advice too - making it cost effective. This garage is 110% in every way, total professionalism, in all my years I've never had a experience like it, I come over this garage when I was goggling some1 who could do a range rover chain replacement, well.i made the call and it was answered by Patya, a very knowledgeable lady, immediately I felt comfortable, why? Instincts, the car was booked immediately, i was told it will be two week maximum, I personally delivered the car even though it was 2 hrs away two weeks after im so happy I did , I run a small car sales of 28 cars and ive never ever seen such professionalism, calling the mechanics is a insult' these guy are top notch engineers and what they dont know is not worth knowing, i seen these people working in an Immaculate garage / Immaculate working clothes, How can these people not get oily?
