“We were seated fairly quick even with the normal Friday rush. And plush we had our little one and push. Got seats which had plenty of space for all of us. Food came quick and friendly helpful staff. Easy to order via the app or online so no need to wait in the queue to order food.”

“I recently visited German Doner Kebab Intu Lakeside and I have to say, it was an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming in special Milon was an amazing person and went above and beyond to make sure my meal was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations. The restaurant itself was clean and had a great atmosphere, making it a perfect spot for a casual meal or a quick bite. “Highly recommend!!! I had my bridal shower here, a party of 10, and the staff were very catering to our needs, allowed my friends to set up early before I arrived and helped with the tidy up of our own stuff as we left. They allowed us to take our time and enjoy the party, even past closing hours for them. Decor is up to date and modern. Food was fantastic (we had the afternoon teas). Overall great experience and will defo be coming again to bring more family and friends in the future, definitely worth the trip!”

“Tried for the first time tonight and have to say both pizzas were excellent! I love trying various pizza outlets and it’s pretty much my favourite food. This is up there with some of the best! Base light and crispy, cooked to perfection and fresh toppings with not to much! Brilliant job lads! Best pizza place in grays”

“Unless I move further away this company has a customer for life. My dog was not exactly best behaved. Lidia understood the circumstances for why he behaved that way and kept on going for him. Only someone with a true passion for dogs could have kept up with that. Lidia varied knowledge base on dog seemed to be very impressive aswell. She was able to explain things about a double coated dog breed that even I didn't know. Thank you for an excellent service myself and my wife could not be happier.”

“I rarely write reviews, but our experience with Point A Hotel Kings Cross—and especially with Clara—deserves every bit of praise. Back in May 2025, I had to cancel my long-awaited trip to London due to a heartbreaking emergency: my cat was suddenly hospitalized. I cancelled the trip to stay by her side but my reservation was made via agoda under a non-refundable policy, Clara, with incredible compassion and dedication, went above and beyond to help us. Her kindness really meant a lot to us especially both emotionally and practically. Thankfully, my cat made a full recovery in September 2025, and we were finally able to visit London and stay at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The room was cozy and very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure (a small detail, but it makes a big difference!). Breakfast was a delight each morning and it is free! Lovely pastries, croissants, and a selection of fruits and yogurts that made starting the day feel indulgent. Clara, thank you again for your warmth, your patience, and your passion for helping guests. Point A Hotel is lucky to have you—and so were we. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.”
