GREAT FOOD really tasty. reasonable prices. Really courteous staff also very friendly manger. bathrooms clean and well maintained. if you are in the area I recommend it. great! Also plates are really nice with sun and moon.”

“We came here for my friends 40th! We were placed in one of the cosy booths upstairs. Such a lovely quirky restaurant. The waiters were very friendly and served us straight away. Good was delicious especially the steak! Cooked to perfection! Prices really reasonable. We all had a great time and the live singer was a great touch too.”

“Went here last Thursday as heard they did a good quiz night. Had a burger and a couple of pints of Guinness zero; burger was top notch, proper gourmet stuff and we really enjoyed the quiz, we somehow won! Only downside was that it was a bit quiet, probably helped us win the quiz though. Staff were great, very friendly and welcoming.”

“This is an absolutely fabulous park in Norwood. There are beautiful open spaces to walk your dog and lovely paths under trees. There is a huge lake which is home to many birds and wildlife. Very relaxing part of London. Can’t recommend enough to spend some time walking here and it is surprisingly quiet.”

“I had an amazing afternoon at The Store. The service was outstanding. The manager was welcoming and kind. I came to do some work during their Friday hotdesk session. She let me know where the sockets were for my laptop, welcomed me to make myself comfortable, and kept checking if I was okay. I ended up eating from the hotdesk menu, where you can get unlimited coffee. I had two meals, both were really nice and well presented. I called my brother to join me because it was so nice and he came and we had cocktails to end a successful work session. They were delicious also. It was fairly quiet in there. When I first arrived there was a lovely mum and baby club at the back in a separate space, so there was plenty of space to sit and feel comfortable. I usually use headphones when I’m out but the vibe was good and the music was comforting so I didn’t use my headphones. The restaurant was clean with a good atmosphere and stunning decor. I felt really focused. The lights that hang over the tables could do with a wipe though, as there was some dirt that looked like it might fall into the table. One of those things that once you see it, you can’t unsee it. Overall it was a brilliant spot and I will be visiting much more regularly now. Highly recommended.”

“Great selection of fruit and veg, halal meat, dairy free milk, bread and dates! They had the flat Lebanese bread I have been looking everywhere for! Nice friendly staff as well. Open till 2am so I'll always pop down to grab any bits I need when I finish work late!”

“I went with my cousin on a last minute date night, we had assorted Pepper soup and spicy Pomo for starters and Abula for main, I must say it was absolutely delicious!! The meat was succulent and the vibe was immaculate, staff were friendly and helpful. If you’re in Croydon and want Nigerian meal will definitely recommend. The chapman was refreshing too, will be visiting again”

Ram, our host, made the experience extra special — he surprised us with a bottle of prosecco and chocolates as we were there for a special occasion, which was such a lovely touch. “I called for an emergency appointment got one the same day. I am a nervous person when it comes to go to the dentist. But today I felt at ease . Lovely dentist who helped with my problem. And he’s assistant Faye was also brilliant. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Receptionist was great and gave a friendly welcome. Thank you .”

“Very nice hotel. Is not expensive but the services are very good for the money. The rooms are clean, every day the cleaners change the bed sheets, towels and consumables. The rooms have big LCD TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, kettle, mini fridge, safe and microwave oven. The room doors are locked with electronic latches wich sometimes doesn't work properly because of magnetic cards, but the problem is very well known by the hotel employees and they will change your card without any problems. Parking is not free and you can park at the basement of the hotel or into Ibis hotel parking.”

“The food and service here is always amazing. The food is so fresh, authentic and reasonably priced. We always get the lamb samosa, dosa, chilli paneer, methi lamb and poori/garlic naan. Our waiter is there is always so attentive and helpful.”

“I think the classes are really good. All the coaches are very professional and very dynamic. I absolutely love the spin classes. I have been to many other providers in London and these spin classes are the best in my opinion. I like that the atmosphere is so supportive between members too, it just feels good to be in those classes. Maybe the gym area is a bit small, I do not use the changing rooms as I live nearby. I am yet to go to the swimming pool.”

“A nice hotel with the carpark at the front, there's no lift only stairs, the rooms are large and there are no bath tubs. There is an interconnecting door from Travelodge to Toby Carvey, it's located between the hotel reception and the stair case, it's easy not to notice it, I only noticed it when I was in Toby Carvey and went to the Gents toilets which is actually in Travelodge side.”

“Out of all Nurseries we looked at we decided to go with Fennies. I am truly impressed with the care and patience of the staff. Our daughter enjoys her time a lot at the nursery and is always excited to go there. We really thought she would not want us to leave and cry when we drop her off in the morning, but it turns out she loves to play with other children and enjoys all the activities at Fennies. Truly recommended.”
