“Just wanted to share how I value dr Sebi and her receptionist' professional delivery, kindness and patience. Dr Sebi has been extremely proactive - by detecting a problem in one of my children's teeth, that no other dentist had thought worthwhile investigating into before (my daughter had not lost some of her milk teeth, and there was a sign at her age that something was not quite right, and Dr Sebi was completely correct!). Since then, there has been an amazing follow-up, and I keep being informed of the procedure by being copied into the emails. And now the practice is also very helpful with my other child, also sometimes telling him (and me) things that we do not want to hear, but with the best intention to make you understand what the status is of your teeth and how to look after them. “I can’t praise the team at Pet People highly enough. They cared for Bobby my diabetic border terrier for the last years of his life. I am absolutely sure that the wonderful care they gave him ensured that he never suffered and continued to enjoy life right up until the end. Every vet and all the support staff at the practice treated him - and me - with the same care and compassion and when he did eventually die at a great age, they looked after us both with such kindness. I’m happy to say we have a new puppy now. He had his first appointment this week. I can’t think of a better, kinder and more professional group of people to help me look after him.”

“Spencer is truly amazing with dogs, including the most nervous ones. He worked a miracle on my recently rescued, and extremely anxious, German Shepherd. Once in his care, she was unfazed by the bath and even the dryer. She is far happier and has more energy as a result of the grooming removing probably years of dead fur.”

“Anastas from Service Master Kingston arrived right on time and even phoned ahead to confirm. I left him to work unsupervised, and he did an excellent job throughout. He managed to remove small marks from the carpets that I thought were permanent, even though they were just normal wear and tear. He moved furniture carefully and placed mats beneath items to prevent any moisture damage. The carpets now look like new! Denise in the office was also a pleasure to deal with and made everything very straightforward. Four bedrooms, two living rooms, a landing, and two flights of stairs are now spotless. Absolutely delighted with the service — highly recommend Service Master Kingston!”

“I had originally booked a carpet clean with a different company who let me down on the booking process, and I’m so that they did because I have now discovered number one carpet cleaning. Super company. Booking process was super efficient, prices were clear and fair. The gentleman who did the job today (Varban) did a really fantastic job - the carpets & couch look brand new again. He was also so considerate of the fact I had babies in the home at the time of the clean, making sure to keep noise down so they could nap. Will definitely use this company again for future cleans. Finally after hearing about how amazing Andrew is from his other clients I plucked up courage to go in.  The receptionist is lovely and also very understanding of my phobia. Andrew is very thorough, used all the latest equipment during my check up and then my fillings appointment. He took time to explain everything and answer all my questions. Andrew has done a great job with my fillings and made me feel at ease when I wasn't to start of with. The lady who was assisting him was also very good. I'm going back again. P.S. The prices are very decent too.”

The clinic was spotless, well-organised, and had all the latest equipment — everything looked super modern and reassuring. My procedure was quite complicated, but surprisingly, it wasn’t painful at all. Just a few hours later, I could barely feel a thing. The dentist was clearly very experienced and made the whole process smooth and easy to understand.
