“Really pleased with my recent visit to the clinic - all appropriate COVID measures and more put into place with friendly, knowledgable and professional staff. Prior to my appointment the receptionist called to let me know that there is road works nearby and informed me of the alternative route to take, which I found helpful. The chiropractor who assessed and treated me was amazing, she explained every process to me during the assessment and had an extensive amount of knowledge about my symptoms which was really reassuring. You can tell she has a real passion about what she does and truly enjoys doing it. Overall the professionalism and competency of the clinic is outstanding and I would highly recommend them!”

“I have been visiting Toolstation, Beckenham on a regular basis for nearly a year. It has become like a second home! Customer service is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. Items can be easily ordered, if not in stock and can be returned if not suitable. Michael Tasker served me today and has done on many previous occasions. He is a charming young man, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help. I was not rushed or made to feel a nuisance, especially when others were waiting. I am always treated with the utmost respect. I would also like to mention Ed, who has served me on many occasions in the past too. He has always been patient and helpful, especially when deciding which handles to choose as I was replacing all my internal door handles. It was no trouble for Ed to open several boxes of handles so I could make a decision. He also carried two huge tubs of Wallrock paste to my car, without hesitation. These two young men are a huge asset to Toolstation and I hope they will be rewarded for their excellent service. I have also been served by many other members of staff and all have given the same high standard of service. Well done guys and ladies! Thanks to all of you.”

“Too the wife and daughter for her birthday, booked in advance on their website, which was easy, and got a confirmation same day. Saturday evening was very busy. The atmosphere was nice , the service was very good and the food was hot, fresh tastie and very filling , and they don't automatically add service charge to the bill”

“We live just up the road and thought it was a greasy spoon. How wrong we were. Poached is a postage stamp size gourmet breakfast restaurant. The menu is innovative. The service is warm and friendly. That totally know their coffee (fresh roasted beans on sale here too). A delightful place for breakfast (and probably lunch too. As a bonus they have a live train times board and do takeaways. 5 stars all the way.”

“I went for the third time today for a Brazilian bikini wax and I cannot recommend this place and Kirti enough. As someone with a low threshold for pain I can honestly say that this is the most pain-free wax I’ve ever had in my life. Seriously!! She is very thorough too and won’t let you leave till all hair is removed, even those annoyingly stubborn ones! Kirti is super friendly and wonderfully welcoming and accommodating and you’ll leave with a smile guaranteed :D”

“I got a full head balyage with Lulu. Initially I was nervous about getting my hair done somewhere new, but I was made to feel very comfortable. I wasn’t sure of what colour I wanted the balyage. Lulu was patient, helpful and dedicated. I absolutely loved the result. I had the best experience getting my hair done with Lulu. I would highly recommend her. Lovely lady and she did an amazing job”

“I’ve been here several times now since its recent opening. It’s a pretty looking place with a good selection of food both savoury and sweet. Staff are welcoming and you don’t feel pressured to leave. All in all a good local cafe to go to either with friends or alone”

“Been here many times and have always had a warm welcome from the owner/manager and the staff. Natasha is always so helpful and friendly. We normally have the set menu that is great value. We will be booking for Sunday Lunch next week.There are a lot of restaurants in Beckenham beginning with the letter P but none of them compare with the service and food at Papilios !”

“We came for a Sunday roast. The food was exceptional, huge portions and lots of options (including multiple veggie options). Decor is beautiful. Service was lovely, staff were very professional. The atmosphere was nice but died a little when the music went off around 8.30pm and it implied that it was time for everyone to leave. Also the 14.5% service charge seems steep for Beckenham.”

“I had had a busy day about in Bromley and arrived early from that to a reservation I'd made that day for early dinner (18:15). Prices were properly reasonable for such fine dining. The presentation of each course was spot on, I'd even say en place, buuuuut not my element at this time. The maître d' was professional and courteous. I felt a bit under-dressed but braved through and they brought no attention to this and treated me. At some spirit auguery advice, my royal self reluctantly avoided steak this evening, going instead from chef's suggestion menu, the seared scallops and then sea bass. The scallops were grilled, and tender rather than rubbery as I sometimes 'expect' of scallop. I'd had some grilled halloumi around lunch tiem, and joked that scallops would be right out to pair with halloumi. I think there is this. The sea bass were served seared with skin on, and a sweet tomato salsa, with a potato tower of some kind. Service were quiet and excellent. I did not once feel rushed and I NEEEEED to return for some côte de boeuf or rib-eye some day soon. This should be written. I'll be needing dress better suited. “I phoned Beckenham dental centre on Sunday morning as I was in extreme pain from two teeth being extracted fom another dentist on the previous Wednesday. I was amazed I could be seen. The receptionist was very understanding, I had to wait a little but only about 15mins. I'm grateful I was seen at all. I think the dentist I saw was Dean, very pleasant and explained everything to me. He did an exam and took an xray of the extraction. He diagnosed dry sockets, washed them out and packed them, gave me the correct course of tablets. I'm an extremely nervous patient and loathe going to the Dentist, he completely put me at ease. I was even more flabbergasted at how reasonable the cost was, I was expecting to pay quite a lot and it was about a third of what I thought it would be. I would like to thank all the staff that dealt with me on Sunday 22nd June and would certainly recommend this Dental centre.”

“I e been using this mail studio for years. Their value is in how well the place is run. The manager is on top of all customers. Always best to call and book first, but they frequently allow walk ins. I also use their Dermalogica facials, if you go for the 1 h 10 minutes, you get the most awesome massage too. I have visited many of these places over the years, and this time I’m happy to stick with just Orchid Studio. The image show my nails after 2 weeks, as an indication on how well the get stay on.”
