“Over the course of many years we took our cats here to be treated, always had great availability for emergency’s and whenever you would call the lovely ladies on reception give some great advice while you wait for your appointment etc. the whole team are so lovely welcoming & friendly. We recently had to say goodbye to one of our cats and the team were just amazing In making us feel relaxed and comfort we were doing the right thing. “Needed to change beds so stopped by Hamseys as it's local. Served by Andy who was very pleasant and patiently showed us various options. He also has a sense of humour. We bought 3 beds and headboards, and the delivery came with free set-up. Having had such an excellent service in store we decided to replace existing headboards on other beds. Good prices on all items. The delivery guys were excellent also - they set up all the beds and headboards and took all wrappings away. These are not quite one month in place, so we hope the quality remains as good as the items look.”
