“I never review anything but had to after Imran fit me in for an urgent, same day, at home appointment within an hour of finding him online yesterday. I was experiencing serve sciatic pain and he came and got straight to work (Other people I called said I needed a consultation first) I went from a 11 out of 10 pain level to a 4 out of 10 by time he left. He sent some additional info via WhatsApp after the session and checked in on me again today (who even does that in this day and age?!) Today the pain has peaked at a 5 out of 10 which he said was to be expected because of the severity of my issue but its eases with the additional exercises he sent me to do after the session which is great as I want to avoid taking pain relief if I can help it. He said I shouldn’t need another session if I continue with the aftercare but he’ll be the first person I call if I do get that level of pain again.”

They took time in getting to know her and made her so comfortable to the point she was even wagging her tail. We have had numerous issues with her and her first visit feels like we got further than any other place we have been too! Couldn’t find a fault at all”

“Circuit Training Fitness Class with Fabiana on Saturdays is extremely good! She is very professional, kind and supportive, and attentive! The circuit exercises are smart and good. Fabiana put efforts to explain it very well and with kindly manner which in my eyes makes it a good coaching. Also Strength Fitness Class with Albi on Sundays (he also works together with Fabiana on Saturday circuit often) is amazing. He is very kind and knowledgeable. I can approach him and ask any questions and he is so happy to demonstrate, support and teach with training techniques. I’ve already learned a lot because of his and Fabiana’s guidance. I love them! They connect and engage with people and that’s how it should be done. You actually leave the session knowing more and stronger. I recommend classes with them to everyone! Thank you ❤️”

There is a friendliness amongst the other service users when waiting. Sometimes, you may have to wait a little longer but this is the same for all NHS Gp surgeries. Dr Marks is creatively proactive in wanting to ensure you obtain the best and correct medical advice and attention.”

I am so pleased with all the staff members at the reception, the Dr and the physio. They are very professional people. They assisted me with all that I and my children needed. Explained every aspect of the care and involved me and the children in every decision in care planning for my children, on both occasions. They were calm and very patient with my children. They answered all my and my children's questions.. I found them to be very humble and respectful towards our needs. “Mr Mata is one hell of a practioner. Excellent bedside manner - very modest and doesnt show any arrogance as it sometimes happens somewhere else. Explains everything patiently and very thorough. Most importantly he clarified incorrect diagnosis made by a private practioner which would put me thruough many unnecessary treatments and possibly a surgery. Instead I received sets of simple stretch exercise which removed, after 3 months of disciplined execution, the pain completely. Thank you Mr. Mata. You are a star in my humble opinion.
