Raymond was professional, friendly and obviously knowledgeable. He talked me through their process and a colleague of his (John) sealed the watch and changed the battery. Had it back quicker than Goldsmiths and will certainly use Raymond again. A true gent and top service which really is lacking nowadays. Actually sent my daughter to Raymond to change her watch battery later that afternoon. 5 star, cheers Raymond.”
