“Misfulled my car early this morning coming from my night shift. Realised later that I put diesel in my petrol car and drove home about half a mile. Googled quickly in the net and find fuel doctor Richard. He came on time around 9:30am and quickly pump out the diesel. Check the engine and about 30 to 40mins the car is fixed and engine sound well again. Definitely recomemded.”

Even after the renovation was complete, they were quick to resolve any minor issues, ensuring everything was perfect which included cleaning the bathroom to the highest standards, redecorating any minor details around and all on a timely basis. I want to highlight the customer service quality from Jamie Matthams, Tom who did all the fitting of the bathroom and James Davies who is a top notch designer as we briefly explained our requirements and he made a beautiful bathroom design with lots of great ideas of his own. “I had a great experience when I went in to get my air conditioning fixed. The staff were professional and clearly working hard - it was visibly busy, but they still took the time to check my tyres for free, which I really appreciated. Although there was a bit of a wait due to how busy it was, they were upfront about it and even gave me a discount, which was a nice touch and showed great customer service. I’d definitely recommend - and will be returning in the future.”
