“Logged call for A1 printer issue. Service engineer arrived following day, and established the 2 faults within a short time after arrival. Came back 2 days later (after Bank Holiday weekend) and fitted new printer head, as required, and carried out set up & print. All working. Definitely would call on Euroland should any further issues arise, but hopefully will not. Would definitely recommend Euroland to others should any IT issues require resolving.”

“My BMW 640i, originally went in for a major service + engine warning light. In short the engine had serious faults, which BMERC methodically took the time to diagnose one part at a time, ie rather than change a whole bunch of parts and not solve the issue. In the end, the engine was rebuilt with most components changed. BMERC always kept me in the loop, and sourced the best parts direct from the manufacturers. I was there today with a large nail in my front tyre and I thought to myself, here goes another £250 :-( Then I am greeted by a lovely lady at reception, warm, friendly, welcoming but professional and works like a busy bee - answering phones, greeting customers, look to keep everything running - she is absolutely wonderful ! The tyre chap came back saying that they can actually fix the puncture and I did not nee to spend so much - what a relief ! The chap was on the ball and it did not take them 15 minutes to fix the tyre - one happy customer left that store. I know because they are so good you do need to book in advance, but that's what happens when you get quality work !
