“I've been to this salon about 5 times now for a hot wax. Not only has their service been faultless consistently since the first time I've been, the staff are the sweetest, kindest women I've met. I've had 3 different ladies doing my wax for me now, and each time I've had to do with a new person, I've had some anxiety, and each time I left completely satisfied with the service. The place itself is very clean. The service is to an extremely high standard and the ambiance is calm and lovely too but really the people and the quality of service combined makes it a 10/10 experience. However, my best friend recommended me Aura hairdressers and after my first appointment I never looked back. The staff including the owner Jade are absolutely lovely and the whole experience is 10/10.Tea with cookies serves on arrival. Valentina and Jade the owner has been doing my hair for a couple of years now and I always leave the salon feeling like a new woman with the best haircut around. They both listens to my ideas, suggests what would suit me, and always checks i am ok with the cut before styling.
