“Had my first proper curly cut with Nat yesterday and honestly I couldn't be happier! My curls are happy - shiny, bouncy and defined. They took the time to explain everything to me and I now understand my hair so won't have the frizzy mess that I usually have! Service is great - first time I've had a head massage at a salon and it was lovely! Can't wait to go back with my daughter later in the month so she can love her curls like I love mine. I've seen a few reviews where people have complained about length - happy curls spring up so you will look like you've lost a lot more length than you actually have. I had about 1cm taken off but my hair looks a good inch or more shorter. Will NEVER go anywhere else again! Thanks so much x”

“I have always had issues biting my nails my entire life, but having started BIAB since I started coming to Nails London 1.5 years ago I've finally been able to stop biting and now have nails longer than I ever have in my life - I'm so happy! I frequently get so many compliments on my nails now too. Jenny, Christian, Wendy and the team here are experienced, professional and lovely people. “I had a great stay at Adagio Sutton. Great hotel equipped with contemporary facilities. Rooms are very cleaned , good breakfast and beds are extra comfortable. Location wise Sutton train station is in a stone’s throw away distance. There’s a train goes to central London in every two minutes. There are a bunch of nice bars, cafes & restaurants nearby. Above all hotel staffs are very friendly & professional. Their customers service are second to none. I recommend this hotel & I had already made a reservation for next summer.”

“From reviews I believe Echo treated me, unfortunately I didn’t get her name! My bad. Honestly the best experience ever. She makes sure you’re okay, checks in on you, gives you a little background and care advice, helps you prepare, she is beyond professional. I will be returning :) She taught me a breathing technique to make the waxing process less painful, and was persistent throughout the entire process, guiding me through the breathing. Do not go to any other salon :) I’m not sure who else works here but I only saw Echo, and I have a feeling she runs this amazing salon all by herself. She is so talented. Thank you x”
