Sadly Barking has become an absolute rookery , and barking park once being a landmark is one of the very few things left that gives the town any appeal and would be in despair without it. “My wife and I were craving noodle soup, so we visited this place. It was lovely inside, and the customer service was excellent. They gave us complimentary prawn crackers when we arrived. We tried their Big Bow Noodle Soup with beef in Udon Soup—it was amazing and arrived quickly. Highly recommend this place. The staff were lovely, and they even gave us a gift as we were heading out. We’ll definitely be back soon!”

“Lovely steak house, premium cuts of meat and rich menu to choose from. They also do a lunchtime menu too. Restaurant is spacious and warm, suitable for kids. We tried the bone marrow for starters and lamb chops, really good flavours especially with the sauces. Definitely one of the best places to eat in this area.”

“Thankful for a very decent pizza place local to us. Tried a couple times now and must say, it’s better than most pizza places around us. The two pizzas I ordered (Sriracha smile and Mumbai maddens) were cooked well, had great crusts, clean, never oily and toppings were flavoursome and of good quality - a must try! I went for one thin crust and one original crust. I forgot to take proper pictures before I delved in but will do next time. Their skin on fries were very nice and had a crunch (I know what you’re thinking, it’s only fries but these things matter to some). Most other local pizza places are fast food joints who want to do everything and cannot get a simple pizza right, they are often oily with too much dough and use low quality ingredients. For my next order, I will explore different flavour pizzas from Depot Pizza and try their wings… Ciao…Arrivederci!”

“I love to taste Indian food, especially Hyderabadi biryani, and Hyderabad wala is a good choice for a biryani lover like me. The menu had a good selection of dishes. They have both veg and non-veg option. I tested their chicken dum biryani, keema biryani, and lamb dum biryani as well. They served this biryani with raita and gravy. Their food is delicious to taste. The one thing that is good to know is that their biryani is a bit spicy, so think before you taste it if you are not a spicy lover. This is a neat and clean restaurant and has a modern look. The behavior of the staff is good also. I love to go there again to taste their different dishes.”

“Fantastic local pub that understands its modern clients and loyal Newham past. Love the traditional East End decor that feels home to proper geezers and modern students alike. The dartboard, mix of retro furniture, mosaic & wooden flooring is somewhere I'm definitely coming back too. My darts are accurately inaccurate. The warmth of this part of earthy London is still alive. The fact it sells rich home-made mulled wine next to Guiness, inch's cider and Pravha says a lot. Events space on offer too.”

“This store offers an exceptional shopping experience. Ample parking makes for a convenient visit, and the well-organized, attractive shelving layout is highly appealing. Notably, they boast one of the best bakeries in Barking; I highly recommend their fresh, delicious croissants.”

“Community hub with frequent activity sessions for adults and children, as well as hosting Islamic prayers and a Church. There are Christmas markets and other community events hosted here. There is some visitor parking nearby but the centre is served by a bus stop very close by. Walking distance to Barking Riverside Station, and the Uber Boat Pier.”

“What can I say from the time you step into the shop? The staff are lovely the manager I didn’t clearly catch his name but he was wonderful. Very helpful. The first time I went in. “10/10 and I am fussy when it comes to cafe food as I find most cafes don’t cook their food Throughly. The food was absolutely perfect couldn’t fault it one bit. Price is reasonable, some may even say the prices are within budget. The lady who took my order came Out of her way to ask me about how I want my eggs and meat, you don’t get this service anywhere else. I’m excited to go back next time I am on the barking road. Definitely would recommend this place”
