“I've been to this store a handful of times, sometimes to buy something, sometimes to leave batteries or small electronics. The recycling basket is right at the end of the store and usually there's nobody there. I think the store is a bit short-staffed, you sometimes have to wait a good few minutes if you need help. However, the staff that is there has always been friendly and helpful to me. The store also has a good range of products”

The matter was resolved by the brilliant Salma who went out of her way to get the faulty dryer written off and replaced. Her time and effort mean I left the store very happy. “Our fridge freezer failed after a prolonged spell of hot weather, so a replacement had to be found. We shopped around but speed was of the essence. As it turned out the best deal for both product and installation speed was Visions, our local Euronics store. Fiona was able to source a Bosch that fitted our specification and installed it within a couple of days, (weekend included) removing the old one for a reasonable charge. Result -- one happy customer.”

“Purchased a phone appropriate for an elderly person in Argos today. Moesha served me. She was the most brilliant person. Not only advising on the appropriate phone but also how to use the phone and even set it up. That goes beyond good CS! She deserves a pat on the back at the very least. I highly recommend Moesha for anything tech. It’s worth noting we ended up in Argos as Vodafone we’re less than helpful and rather dismissive. Theyre loss, I’ll be heading to St Clare Argos and Moesha for my next Smartphone.”
