“I was super impressed with the service from start to finish, from booking my appointment to the actual treatments (builder gel manicure and shellac pedicure). The two ladies who worked there were absolutely lovely and took so much time to ensure my nails looked perfect. “- Updated after my second visit - After I had a suboptimal first experience at the salon which ended up in me getting nail art that wasn’t fully what I asked for, they were very understanding of my feedback and actually reached out to me and gave me a couple of alternatives to provide a solution which I massively appreciated. I went back to the salon a second time and they actually slayed the metallic 3D design this time around, I am in love with my nails, they were very punctual and quick in the way they work on both of my visits, and the way they handled my complaint showed great professionalism and customer care. “I cannot recommend this place more! The workers are so talented, precise and always do the most amazing job. I’ve been here multiple times and have yet to have a bad nail experience. The staff and workers are also very professional— I’ve unfortunately experienced them have to deal with the most rude customers ever, and they always manage it with such poise and professionalism (they are better than me who would not be able to bite my tongue). Their pricing is also extremely fair and they always let you know if a design or any ‘extra’ costs more before and make sure you are comfortable before proceeding. I will be back!”

“Had acrylic take off and new set (gel) was £35- ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM! 2 things I would say is definitely book in advance as is so busy and depending who, they can be a bit eager with the drill (drill a bit more than the top layer and burns & this time slipped and ended up ‘scratching’ my finger) so do keep an eye out.”
