She gave us space to browse but was quick to help when we needed it. Her approach was perfect - asking questions to understand our needs and showing relevant items without any pressure to buy. She was very informative and even suggested we take time to think before making a decision. Definitely will recommend this store for expecting parents!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Riverdog - they are the most popular grooming service in Richmond for a reason. Every time Pickle comes back looking (and smelling) amazing - and you know the team really care about the dogs they are looking after! They especially understand different breed styles - which as a Cavapoo owner is the different between a teddy cut or coming out looking like a skinny poodle!! Book well in advance as they are very booked up!!!”

We brought in a style we liked for an engagement ring and he was quickly able to draw up several options and was transparent about the process throughout. The final product is absolutely stunning and has a personal touch that you just can’t get from an online order. The ring was also slightly too big and it hasn’t been a problem to have it adjusted. I needed some hot water and he was kind enough to ask me what size of cup I wanted and even gave a cup cover. The Christmas selections are excellent particularly the Egg Nog latte and Iced Chocolate Mousse Latte. A big thank you to Eugene and the rest of the team for making our short visit delightful.”
