Looking through the hatch, premises seem very clean and inspire confidence, although Hillingdon Council could frankly do a better job of cleaning the street outside. A day later and our stomachs have no complaints, so we can definitely recommend, and will order from here again.”

“My new favourite Thai restaurant in West London! They serve Northeastern dishes like bamboo shoot salad and Esarn style papaya salad. All so delicious. The price was reasonable too. Two guests (without drinks) was about £40. The owner was friendly and the servers were all helpful. The venue is not the most stylish but colourful. Booking is essential. I would definitely recommend the restaurant.”

“Always good, always on time. Always correct. I'd rather free poppadoms than a bottle of drink though! The menu is slightly different from classic Indian takeaway, but they have some great dishes you can't get elsewhere, and they'll adjust dishes on request. Try the achari...the red dish in the picture.”

“Room was large with a great bed, lots of different pillow types and sleep quality was excellent, rooms were also quiet. TV, wifi was perfect, lots of charge points including a EU socket. I liked the large window with roller blinds too. Breakfast had a very good range of products, self service or you could order specifically cooked eggs. Some food options nearby or their Zoom restaurant is available as was room service.. Most of all it's the first hotel I've been in where they had recycling bins in the room. A great stay, and staff were very good too.. oh and the rooms have fridges too!!!”

What stood out the most was the service. The staff treated me like a regular even though it was only my second visit. They’re attentive without hovering, and they seem to genuinely care that customers enjoy their meals. Prices are reasonable, portions are satisfying, and the quality is consistently good. I wish more places had this level of customer care and attention to detail. If you’re thinking about trying Tropics Grill — do it. You won’t regret it.”
