“Visited the Gucci store at Heathrow Airport recently and had a genuinely pleasant experience. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed warmly by the staff who were not only professional but incredibly friendly and patient. We were looking to try on a few pairs of trainers, and the team went above and beyond to help us find the right sizes and styles. They never rushed us, even though it was quite a busy time. Their knowledge of the products was impressive, and they made helpful suggestions based on comfort and fit. What really stood out was how they made us feel valued — taking their time, offering honest opinions, and making the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. The store itself was clean, beautifully arranged, and made browsing a real treat. A big thank you to the team — you made our airport shopping memorable. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re passing through!”

Instead of just removing a link, Ron explained the importance of taking out half a link from each side to keep the watch balanced — something I hadn’t even thought about! It made all the difference to the comfort and look. I left with a perfectly fitting watch and a great customer experience. Highly recommend!”

“Was greeted by Charlotte while browsing the Tudor collection. She was extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was a bother and I never felt rushed at all. Was offered refreshments throughout and we chatted loads about the Tudor range. She really knows her stuff and is very passionate about the brand. Adam joined us to help with the part exchange and I think we were all equally happy with the final deal. Luckily I also purchased a couple of weeks before the Tudor price increase which meant the deal was even sweeter. I will definitely recommend Emson Haig, Charlotte and Adam if you are looking to purchase a Tudor in the SE of England and Essex area. Another member of the other staff, can’t think of the ladies name, was very friendly and chatty as well. The whole experience was a pleasure. I came back later in the day to collect the watch and Charlotte made the handover. Everything was explained very professionally but in an easy to understand manner. I am now the owner of a wonderful Tudor Black Bay Burgundy and will be revisiting them in the future for any purchases I’m looking to make. “Brilliant service from start to finish. My Raymond Weil needed a replacement battery and having bought it from this store 3 years ago I decided to return and see if they could help me. From the moment I was there the customer service was brilliant, I asked for the clasp to be adjusted at the same time which they said was no bother, a pleasant surprise!! I was given the receipt and told that in two weeks time I would be called and told when it’s ready for collection. True to their word two weeks later I received the call and told it was all finished. I collected the watch that was back to working perfectly, the clasp was fixed at no additional cost and I could see it had been looked after as their wasn’t a mark on it! I was skeptical due to it being a chain as you never quite know what to expect but the Guildford store does Ernest Jones proud! Will definitely be using again.”

“This is THE Harrods of London fame with a condensed selection of the big department store. I found Montblanc ® items that are more than just great pens. I also found a Ralph Lauren ® section , Canada Goose Artic wear even in summertime August. Harrods is not complete without pink Marc de champagne truffles, sweets collections, marmalades, jams, honeys, and Christmas items. This store also offers namesake china sets. What I found most exciting was the pink Harrods bear that is now property of my grand daughter. Don't worry if something you buy has wrinkles, they have a streamer right here in the store. And you can take anything home in a Harrods bag. I selected the gold one. Accessible entry and accessible venue. Located just off Security entrance in terminal 5 one level Above flight departure gates Accessible restrooms in central airport area”
