“One of the most beautifully decorated restaurants I have ever been to. The mezes (small plates) that I tried were all delicious, and there was a lot of variety. Great selecrion of vegetarian and vegan options, but the meat was well cooked too. A true gem.”

“Good old fashioned pub that seems to draw in a friendly Irish crowd too, as the night we went there were mostly Irish gentlemen sitting at the bar. The bar staff are pleasant and friendly, and there is a respect of first come first served at the bar, so no one jumps ahead of you, which sadly seems to be lost in a lot of places. A great pub for a local drink or to start the night, and even if you stay you'd have a great time too! A well run pub and we'll definitely be back”

“Fancy the best steak in London? Come here. It’s the platonic ideal of a good steak. And the great news is that the wine, desserts, starters and sides are just as fabulous too. It’s also a great, noisy, cosy place with fantastic service. (Shout out to Emma, thanks for serving us so splendidly, and for making my dad — for his birthday — feel especially welcome. “This has to be one of my favourite restaurants. From when you enter the restaurant you are made to feel special and welcomed. Our food was delicious and drinks…. Wow. Our waiter was very attentive, helpful and polite. There is a great chilled vibe and you don’t feel rushed or as if you’re being hounded. Did I mention the food is amazing. You have to try the soft shell crab!!!! 10/10”

“Every dish was perfect! Looking forward to be back to try more dishes. Update: Went back for a second time but the menu changed and food was not as good as I had before. The waiter mentioned that the chef got bored making the same food and decided to try something else but I didn’t think the new dishes were as good as old ones . I might go back again for a third time but will stop going if it’s not any better.”

“We visited on Sunday to enjoy the Sunday roast, and the whole dining experience felt very warm and welcoming. Both the beef and pork belly were seasoned beautifully, and everything was cooked with great care. It was such a lovely atmosphere for a family meal, and we’d definitely love to come back again.”

“We had such a lovely meal! The pecorino and black beeper arancini and the pork with apple appetizers were standouts. However, the mains were just as delicious. We ordered the gnocchi, the agnolotti, and the tagliatelle and all were excellent! The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about creating a great experience. “We booked in advance, which is a must do when it’s Friday up to Christmas week. we arrived and our bags which we put into the cloakroom ,our waitresses showed us to our table which was no 11 if you like to people watch. Our waiter was brilliant and was soz knowledgeable our wine pairing for the meal was so good many thanks to William ,who is a credit to Colbert. It will be a go to experience again hopefully soon”

“Had an outstanding experience at Boulevard Brasserie. My partner and I had lunch together. We booked for around 12 and arrived at first at a very quiet restaurant which got very lively as lunchtime hit. The atmosphere was great. Our server (Tzouliano listed on Receipt) was great. Very quick and polite - thank you for your service. The food was fantastic. We opted for the lunch set menu. Having the Baked Brie Filo starter and Butternut risotto for main. My partner had the Sea bass for main, with a side of Fries. We shared a Creme Brulé for dessert. Would highly recommend all of them. Will be visiting again soon and recommending to all, thank you for a great experience.”

“Spectacular apartments with amazing views! Ben and team were super helpful and proactive in turning everything around to get me moved in in less than a week. The apartments themselves are well designed, with great amenities like air conditioning and even regular cleaning, plus daily residents’ happy hour in the hotel’s Japanese restaurant! The rooftop gardens are beautiful and the concierge is very helpful and friendly. Transport links are very convenient and Westfield is right on your doorstep.”

“Really good, old school pub. No pretence, no nobs, no shoreditch type helmets. A locals pub it seems, subtle art deco styling inside. Hasn't been refurbished in years and all the better for it. Well priced beers too, a few ales on tap and the regular lagers. Went in on a random Tuesday, they had an open mic poetry night on. Actual people speaking, listening and not engrossed in their phones”

“Wow what an awesome surprise waiting for us in the duty free section at London Heathrow. We stopped at Carluccio's for a bite and shared a wonderful picante pizza. Finished off with cappuccinos and canoli and lemon cake. Everything was perfect. Well done and highly recommended!!”

“Have been living here for 2 years. The previous Hostel Managers, Flavio and Sadhana, were both really lovely people. However, a couple of months ago Chika, the new Hostel Manager, took charge of Holland House and he has completely changed to the better this place. What a revolution! This hostel hase never been so clean, tidy and organized, never. Chika really knows what he is doing. And by talking to other long term residents, they all agree on what I say. Also the level of communication from the Hostel Management has skyrocketed to the highest standards ever. Now issues are promplty communicated to all residents who aren't left in the dark trying to guess for themselves what's going on. And also the staff (volunteers and non volunteers) efforts to make things right have improved a lot. And the food? The new Chef cooking skills are simply amazing. She is really a great Chef and a lovely person, and the food is made with passion and love. Final thought: Chika is a massive credit for the whole LHA. He should be training every other manager across all LHA hostels on how to manage things properly and how to get things right. If I could give 6 stars to describe my experience in these past 2 months, I would. But the maximum I can give is just 5... Thank you Chika and the whole team of hardworking staff and volunteers! CHIKA FOR PRESIDENT!!!”
