“Excellent experience. From the first voice on reception everything was clearly explained and all instructions were made easy to follow. Digital informaton sent was again made easy to complete with simple, clear instruction were given. On arrival we had a warm welcome and were quickly put at ease. The nursing staff were again excellent and very professional. The whole procedure was carefully explained to me and the dentist was absolutely first class. Friendly, reassuring and very pleasant personality. Lastly, the after care service was excellent. Clear instructions on aftercare at home were given with clear advice on pain management if needed. “Tucked away behind the highstreet, it's easy to miss if you don't know its location. That said, the facilities once you enter the building are very good, catering for all preschool children needs, with adequate staff onsite vs. Number of children ratio. Small secure outside play area on dry days. Pushchair undercover parking area and limited parking for parents that can get congested at times. Overall I well equipped nursery and attentive staff.”

“As a complete beginner, I was a bit nervous to start dancing, but Base Dance Studios was fantastic. The atmosphere was so welcoming and the instructor was brilliant at making everyone feel comfortable, regardless of their skill level. There were plenty of other guys in the class, which was great, and everyone was there to have fun and learn. Definitely recommend to any beginner!”

“I can’t recommend Bright Horizons enough .They really went above and beyond with your son. The nursery helped a lot with my son's settling in. They went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and safe. He did not speak English, and the team did the best they could to understand him and help him communicate. The space is very nice for learning and playing. My son loved the outdoors area. Also, the staff are amazing. Everyday Abbie and all staff would greet us with a big smile. They are friendly, respectful with all the children, and always willing to help. We now moved out of London one of the teachers gave my son a friends forever matching bracelet, it was so beautiful. The meals are truly amazing and my son loved it. They update the app everyday with what activities they will be doing, learning topics, pictures and thoughtful development progress check-ins. I highly recommend this nursery to anyone .Thank you for all that you did with my little one. Huge call out to Abbie and all her support and Ana Maria and Fatima from Preschool.”

“I went yesterday to get an Animal Health Certificate for taking my dog to Belgium. The staff were very friendly and most helpful with my concern about my dog’s condition. As was the veterinarian. It’s a great pity that I will no longer use their wonderful service. Suffice to say that I would highly recommend them for your pet’s needs. This visit left me with a very positive experience.”

“A great space , at least 80ft long and 60ft wide. There is a side room with a bar area. The centre hiring manager is most helpful. “I initially moved my son from his first nursery (Monkey Puzzle in Uxbridge) as he just didnt enjoy going in and due to his speech delay he was unable to communicate his feelings but there were worries that he was being mistreated in that nursery as he would repeat phrases in a shouty manner that we would never use at home (why are you crying I'm here??? Be quiet! Go sit down now!) After deciding to move him to another nursery I attended Busy bees in person and shared my concerns with the assistant manager Sian who was at the main reception that particular day. She reassured me and arranged a tour of the nursery a few days later where myself, my husband and son were able to have a look around and we had a a lovely chat with Lauren in the preschool room about how a typical day in the nursery would be and how they monitor each childs progress again the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. After our visit our son was instantly warmed by the happy playful environment. He surprisingly settled within a week of attending. His speech, interaction and communication has all really come through as well as his attention. He has honestly been thriving here and although I'm sad he will be leaving the nursery to start school in September - I am ever so grateful for the staff especially Tammy for shaping up his academic journey from here ahead.”

“I cannot recommend this nursery enough! The staff are absolutely wonderful—so warm, caring, and attentive. Their Manager Sonia is amazing, and my daughters key worker Sisa is just the best!! You can really tell they love what they do and genuinely care about the children. My daughter has settled in so well, and I feel completely at ease knowing she’s in such good hands. The nursery itself is spotless, with lovely toys and a fantastic structure to the day that keeps the children learning, engaged and happy. I also love how they keep parents updated regularly through the app or by phone when necessary, which is so reassuring.
