“My hair is dead straight, flat, fine & long. Had not been to hairdressers for quite a while. Olympia is attentive,listens to what you want, is honest if it wouldn't work. Suggested I went a little bit shorter & had a bit of shape. Came out of there looking great. As my hair is so hard to style the real test was how would it look after I had washed & dried it at home without the products & professional blow dry. Well it looked almost as good as when I came out of the salon. I put that down to Olympia's cutting sklls. With dead straight hair every little flaw would show. There weren't any wayward cuts that I needed to snip off myself. Very pleased.”

I keep my eyebrows quite natural and they always do a lovely job, not taking too much off. £9 for eyebrow threading is fairly steep though but it's a convenient location for me.”

“I’ve had my son here, and the birthing experience was excellent. The support for breastfeeding and mental health was fantastic - the staff were caring and attentive every step of the way. I’ve also had abscess drained here twice over the years, and each time the care and skill of the team were outstanding. I truly appreciate how professional and compassionate everyone is. “Well, what an experience. There is a very long wait and process to be seen, assessed and treated. I spent nearly 8 hours there. The queue started when I was trying to park in the visitor's car park. It takes a couple of hours before a nurse sees you and takes your blood pressure, pulse and temperature. Then another couple of hours later, a nurse takes some blood samples. Then it's another 2 hours before the results return. You are then seen by a doctor who discusses your situation and possible treatments or further investigations. There are a lot of patients there, all with their own problems and issues, all in need of urgent treatment. So, in the end, the wait is worth it as you get seen and your treatment can begin. I was given antibiotics and asked to return for a scan. The staff, nurses and doctors are very helpful and friendly. Next time, I will park nearby and walk as had to pay £20 for the car park.”

Her knowledge was fantastic, with a design we didn't have in mind. she has designed the bathroom's with vanity units and showers with the idea of a free standing bath. Fantastic service and advice.”
