After customer services on the phone weren’t great at helping me with a situation with regards to my engagement ring, I was a little bit annoyed by the situation as it felt like I was being passed back and for the with no resolution, however Denise took it upon herself to make the situation so much better for me and whereas before I said I wouldn’t shop with Ernest Jones again, I would 100% return to the Epsom store. First things first- it has nice open plan seating, glass walls that gives an elevated look over the Market walk and it really just gives that nice room to think feeling. The staff are always friendly and happy to help, they have a selection of cakes, assorted cans and bottled drinks, along with a few brunch options as well. I usually like to go here solo on Saturday to hit the reset button, well worth a visit trust me.”

“The competitive place to get gasoline or diesel. Nothing special but it gives a chearful feeling when you get petrol a few pence cheaper than in other places. Unfortunately, none of petrol stations give information on the quality of petrol they are selling. I believe that the price difference is based on the wuality, not a supply chain.”
