“Great Hotel. Staff are brilliant. Breakfast well worth the £8, very tasty and a good range of choices. Room really clean. Bed firm and so comfortable We did not want to get up. Highly recommended. We had a wonderful stay and were helped so much by a really caring and patient staff. Thank you so much for all your help. We will see you again.”

“Everything was really great! The room was nice with a comfortable bed and big and modern bathroom. Excellent cleaning daily. Staff was always happy to help and made a really good impression. The pub downstairs where also very friendly at had a cozy atmosphere and fun variety of evening themes. Good prices for food and drinks and again friendly service at the bar. It was also nice to see a how diverse the staff was. Usually you see only one kind of people in such staff. Here it felt like everyone was welcome. That also reflected on the guests, since you could see that they too had a good span in variety. Opening hours, times for check out and everything was just as I like it. Thank you!”

“Asalaaam aleykum Alhamdulillah Allah guided me to Kalimah tours. The service was excellent right from the go from handing our paperwork, to the hotels, the couch transfers, the constant updates via whatsup, the ziyara ect was brilliantly done. Our group leader Feisal was exceptional, professional, very caring and reassuring. He constantly inqured whether we were alright from the start of the journey at the airport, during the jamarats,the ziyara until we left for our return journey. He was polite enough to say goodbye. I will keep him and his family constantly in my duas may Allah grant him Janathul Firdous Ameen. The other brothers that were equally excellent were Zahin and Fahim(Zakariya) always smiling, ready to help with any inquiries, very informative with the ziyaras. “Yeh it's very designer looking place inside and out super massive and very well protected and guarded codes needed everywhere and plenty of cctv for security is not one bit of an issue here. As you can see in my video the gate to enter is heavy and secure inside the rooms are fantastic and the entire blocks are extremely clean and tidy. Lifts run smooth no problems.”
