“Stayed for two nights, thanks to a layover coming home from Italy. Perfect location for short term London visits. Took the Elizabeth train to West End one night and caught a bus to Oxford the next day...both conveniently from Heathrow. Room was plenty big enough and comfortable. Staff friendly throughout the stay. On last morning, went from room through airport security in less than 30 minutes. Will gladly stay here again for one- or two-night visits.”

“We visited Jack’s Bar at the Hilton Garden Inn specifically for the Christmas dinner and were absolutely delighted with our experience. We had a wonderful time! The menu was very diverse and, most importantly, delicious. The service was outstanding thanks to the staff. Special thanks to Mishel for the most delicious cocktails, and also to Satish, Sumit, Marian and Alona — an amazing team. At the end of our visit, we were given a voucher with a QR code for complimentary parking. Highly recommended!”

“I was travelling alone and had a long early morning flight ahead so moved from another hotel in central London to Aerotel London at Heathrow Terminal 3, and I'm so glad I did! I had a single room with no window, and I had no plans other than to sleep, so, while it was small, it was convenient, clean and comfortable. I had three suitcases and they fit conveniently in front of the bed, and there is a small bench where you can rest an open case to go through it. There are three hangers on a stylish set of holders for your clothes/outer-wear. There is a kettle and complimentary tea and coffee, and there is a small restaurant on the 3rd floor called the Library. The lobby has some snacks and drinks for purchase also. Check-in and check-out were both easy, and the staff were friendly. Considering this is in the middle of an airport, it was so quiet! I will definitely stay here on my next transit through Terminal 3.”

“I have been staying at Gravity West Court for the past few months. I absolutely love it here! As soon as you enter the compound, you feel safe and secure. You have your own fob to access all the areas. The operations team, which is the staff members, they are so amazing! Milena was the one who assisted me with all the booking and viewing procedure. She was very patient with my numerous enquiries. After my move in, I met other neighbors and staff during events and got to know some more staff through emails and group chat in the app. One of the best things about Gravity is their events. It is beautifully planned out by Alice to ensure that you’ve a good experience! Most of events are free and a few are paid which is very reasonably priced too. We have communal lunch and dinners and even outdoor events in various locations! It’s a great time to bond with your fellow neighbors and get to know them. Alice have been one of the sweetest staff members! She is so polite and kind hearted. Additionally, even Robert and Dale, they are so helpful and understanding. They really try their best to be there for you and listen to you and give you solutions to your problems. Really grateful for that. Indiana is really helpful whenever I need help with maintenance and she is very sweet too. There might be times where you need to fix somethings and you might have to contact maintenance. However, they take care of it very well. There seems to be regular inspections to keep the health hazards away such as a fire. Another thing is, it is also about how one interacts and put themselves out, that way you’ll create a more meaningful experience here and have good memories! Lastly, from groceries to salons, name it and you’ve it. There’s almost everything here that you might need. Even the transportation link is great. The tube station is a 5 minutes walk. The bus station is 5 seconds to 2 minutes walk. You’ll find it easy to get to places. Here are some attached pictures of my room and experiences through my eyes! :)”

“We arrived around 5:30 p.m. on Thursday August 21 and left Sunday morning (August 24) to attend the international convention of Jehovah's Witnesses at Twickenham Stadium. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and were immediately put at ease by the friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Bed linen and towels were clean every day of our 3-day stay. There was a fridge in our room, which was a thoughtful and unexpected additional facility which made our stay all the more manageable. TV and Wi-Fi were also available (although not widely necessary in the circumstances). Staff encouraged us to help ourselves to all of the available cereals, fruit, tea, coffee, etc. and were prepared to cook breakfast to enable a prompt start to your day. Our wedding anniversary was on the Friday and was enhanced in no small part by the kindness of all at the Heathrow Palace. Thank you guys!”

“Wife and I just got back from Cambodia. John Watson was brilliant from start to finish. He booked the perfect flight itinerary so that we would be travelling the least time and least amount of stop over time. We stayed at six senses which is on a private island and John was extremely diligent in his organisation to make sure that we got the boat at 1pm or we would have had to wait until 4pm for the next boat transfer. We saw other reviews that said this travel agent is a scam and I even asked John about this prior to booking but he gave me the companies house number, vat number, the atol registration number which put me at ease straight away and I paid the full amount the same night and within 30 minutes he sent the Singapore airlines e ticket and even phoned me back to get me to log in and check that the flights had been confirmed to assure me that he is 100% genuine. Would definitely recommend using them to book a complete holiday package and will definitely use them again in the future.”

“0 stars for black cab service. 5 ***** for We Know Group Taxi service Arrived back at Heathrow airport checked the queue for the black cab service, very long queue, once I arrived at the front of the queue I was told they wanted between £185 - £200 I was told the price list on the wall was out of date! 0 stars for service or price. But then one of the porters at the airport suggested i go to Terminal 2 i was given a free train ticket and went to * We Know group help desk*, he was very helpful and arranged a taxi at £117 , only waited 5 minutes someone took me to where the taxi was waiting for me. thankyou so much for your excellent service and to the the driver , he was very kind, I cannot fault any of the staff. 5*****”
