“I went into Boots recently and was very happy with the service I received. I went to Boots opticians as I broke my glasses whilst on holiday and needed to order some more. I didn't have an appt but they kindly squeezed me in even though they were very busy. I spoke to Nusrat and she was very helpful and I manged to order my glasses. “Irfan, big thank you for keeping my purse today! I had amazing experience in this shop today. I left my purse at self service counter after payment this morning. I didn’t realise that until 4:00pm this afternoon, there is cash, 5 bank cards, my driving license in the purse. I was horrified, I dashed back to Tesco, find the lovely staff Irfan, he checked my ID and magically take my purse out from the drawer. It was him who found my purse this morning and kept it for me!!!
