“As I have been in a great deal of very intense pain, I was anxious about having the SPECT-CT Scan, and having to lie completely still for a long time on what is, basically, a board. Everybody was so kind and helpful, the experience was much easier than I have imagined. All the ladies were extremely understanding and supportive, and I do thank them very much, especially Mia, Nessa and the other nurse who helped with administering the isotope. “Such a professional and thorough service as ever from the specialists at the London Diagnostic Centre. I had a consultation with Dr Sonia Dudeja who specialises in menopause and perimenopause care. She helped explain and normalise my symptoms and she also addressed the topic in a really holistic way by talking about lifestyle, stress, time of life etc. She talked about other women’s experiences and the different ways women can choose to manage symptoms, which was incredibly informative and helped set me at ease. “Recently used this Hospital for pre and post operation appointments. The level of knowledge and detailed explanation for the possible procedures was exceptional. The only issue was registration at the reception. Make sure you arrive in plenty of time (at least 20 mins early). The staff were doing their best, with a new computer system. All the staff were very professional and pleasant.”

“All the staff at the London animal hospital are wonderful and very caring. Unfortunately we had to have our kitten to put to sleep, and they went above and beyond ensuring we knew the risks of trying to treat him and what we could expect.They allowed me to take my time and say goodbye properly, and I know for a fact he was given so much love by everyone there when he had to go. The vets and the veterinary nurses I have seen are an absolute credit to this place. They checked in with us frequently afterwards, which was a lovely touch. They treated the situation with care and respect and I will always always use this veterinary practice. They have also been brilliant with our other cat, and the fact they remember both yours and your pets name when you have to visit makes you feel incredibly welcome.
