“Puddl ducks provide some of the best swimming lessons available for 0-5 years old. The lessons at Chessington are in the safari hotel pool. Lessons take place in an exclusive area of the pool and the depth is 1.2m throughout meaning there is plenty of space for the kids to move about whilst still being a comfortable experience even for non swimming parents. Recommended.”

“I recently had the pleasure of celebrating my child’s birthday at this incredible kids entertainment club and restaurant, and I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about it. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with the warmest smiles and a level of hospitality that truly exceeded all expectations. The entire place is absolutely spotless – immaculately clean from top to bottom – and it is so obvious that the management and staff take great pride in maintaining the highest level of hygiene and organization. Every corner of the play area, restaurant and party room looked freshly cleaned and perfectly prepared. The staff were simply OUTSTANDING. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, professional, kind, and incredibly attentive to every little detail. I would especially like to mention Adriana, because she honestly was an absolute superstar from the very beginning until the end of the party. She greeted us so warmly and immediately made us feel welcome and confident that everything would go perfectly – and it definitely did! Adriana showed unbelievable attention to detail, treated every single child with care and genuine kindness, and constantly checked on all the guests to make sure everyone was happy. Her positive attitude, enthusiasm and genuine love for her job made the entire celebration even more special and unforgettable. She went above and beyond in every way imaginable and managed everything flawlessly. The whole team deserves a huge THANK YOU. Every staff member was helping with such a great attitude and positive energy. They were constantly smiling, gently guiding the children through all the games and activities, keeping everything organised and safe, serving food quickly and with such pleasant manners, checking on the parents, refilling drinks and snacks without even being asked, and making sure that no one was missing anything. Their professionalism is really impressive and so rare to find. You really feel that they truly care about their work and about creating a magical experience for every child and every family. The birthday program was also AMAZING! The kids had such a fun time with all the games, music, dancing and creative activities. The hosts kept them entertained nonstop and made sure every child was included and engaged. There were so many smiles and so much laughter – it was such a joy to watch. Every activity was thoughtfully prepared and perfectly coordinated. The restaurant was also a huge highlight. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Everything was fresh, perfectly cooked, and served on time. The parents were pleasantly surprised at how good the menu was and how elegant the dining area looked. Again, I have to mention how incredibly clean and nicely organized the restaurant area is. The tables, chairs, floor, and even the small details such as cutlery and napkins were spotless. Overall, I would highly recommend this entertainment club and restaurant to absolutely everyone. Whether you are planning a birthday party or just want a place to spend quality time with your children, this is the BEST place you could imagine. The atmosphere is so welcoming, the cleanliness is absolutely outstanding, the facilities are beautiful and extremely well-maintained, and the staff are truly exceptional. “My son had just had his 7th birthday party here, he chose to have the laser tag party. He thought it was absolutely fantastic and has already asked to do the same next year! It was very reasonably priced, and with the food included for all kids, very good value for money. All members of staff was very friendly and helpful. Theyre very good at keeping the kids entertained too. We took a few decorations with us to decorate the table and the staff was happy to help with this too. By the time the kids had a normal play and their food, all the public had left. So they had full run of the place with their laser guns, which they all very much enjoyed, even some of the adults joined in. I would definitely recommend Cheeky dinos for anyone looking for a party!”

“Booked late afternoon ice skating with my daughter - glad we did as got space on the last half price day. At full price feels like a very expensive hour, but as a one off was a very nice experience. Then bought some ride tickets (20 for £20). Rides carry from 2-5 tickets each, so these used fairly quickly. Really enjoyed the elf coaster. For a roller coaster which not especially high and very compact it offers great thrills and spills. Didn't try out the food and drink, but seemed to be a decent selection of Christmas market type fayre. Small place so you're not going to spend all day here, but that's probably a good thing financially! All in all a good, albeit fairly pricey, way to break up our Christmas shopping.”

“Amazing idea, its really really good how they have made a little town for kids, we didn't know what to expect but the kids really really enjoyed themselves working to earn money, it gets quite packed of people and you can queue for 10-20 minutes to some of the activities but overall its a really fantastic idea of getting kids ready for work life. The jobs you can do are Police officer, firefighter, Paramedic, Surgeon, you can work in the bank, supermarket, hotel, as a vet the list goes on. Great day out for the kids.”

“We absolutely love Wacky soft play at Colliers Wood. It is one of my daughter favourite place . She just feels so comfortable in there and loves the staff which is usually on when we visit during the week. She is super amazing , soft spoken and very attentive . So ofcourse what other place but here to celebrate my daughter’s 3rd birthday . She from the moment I asked said Wacky and so in wacky we planned and had the most amazing birthday party . Yes you have to share the soft play with other children’s which is not an issue with us but we had a party room which we decorated and had our little dance away and other fun activities . The food was perfect also for the occasion as kids just want to run around and have a good laugh so the finger food options was perfect as well as the extra platters options for adults . And I loved the fact that party bags are also included in price :))) which gives a free entry to the soft play . I would definitely recommend this place for a party from my perspective it’s really good price and the kids will surely have lots of fun if they like soft plays . Yes , I do recommend it during the week when other kids are at school as like all other places it does gets busy outside school hours . It all depends of your kids age as well . But we truly loved our party here and all the kindness staff and management showed to us which we are super grateful and will be a fan of wacky as long as we are in area . Thank you so much for making our special day super special with your amazing service .”

“I went to the Ilford branch to attend a birthday party. My battery was at 1 % and the lady in the cafeteria brought her own charger to help me. But that’s not all . I wanted to order Macchiato but the barista only knew how to make Espresso. She asked me if I can guide her she could attempt to make those drinks for me. And she did make two cups of excellent macchiato. The lady who helped the host preparing the room was also very kind and helpful. All I could see are women going beyond their duty . Really pleased to see such good customer service at a soft play centre. The play centre was also clean and surprisingly not too busy given it was a Saturday and 3:30 in the afternoon. It was clean and not too noisy. However they had a stage of dance sth activity but it was not functional. But plenty of other areas for the 7 yo to enjoy and go crazy. The kids had an awesome time.”
