“My partner and I took the little ones to soft play today. Both had an amazing time. If you’re looking for something modest and homely. This is the place to go. I was able to see my older child play whilst I was in the baby area with my littlest one. Staff are lovely and welcoming and engage with the parents and children. Very affordable. Both the cost of the soft play itself and the cost of food and drink served inside with plenty of choice. The place is well maintained and clean. There are plenty of activities/toys/playing area for the kids to tire them out without overstimulating them. I would recommend and will be returning again. This is a hidden gem.”

“Large playground with something to suit all ages. Does get very busy during holidays but it’s easily accessible in the park with a small steam train next door one side and a splash park the other. Also there is a nice and friendly cafe next to the park with hot or cold food.”

“It was a gift for my 16 years old son who loved this first VR experience! We took the VR Arcade option. It’s many different games to choose from and you can switch games whenever. For beginners they take the time to clearly explain. In the end we could have played there for many more hours! The location is a bit hard to find though: it’s not in the Power Station building but just down Grosvenor bridge.”

“This was out first time as a family of four doing an escape room . We all really enjoyed it. Rhys was a fantastic host . He explained everything so well and stayed in role . He made us feel at ease and comfortable as soon as we entered . Would really recommend visiting as it was a great experience for us all. Thank you Rhys for making our time there a great experience.”

“I looked at a few nursery's for our daughter but I knew i had found the one for us when I visited Little Rosies. It is quite simply the best start all round that we could have wanted for her. Family run, the whole team are dedicated to the children and the success of the nursery lies in the clear commitment, enthusiasm, open communication and dedication of the staff and the ethos - which is the perfect balance between giving the kids clear boundaries and structure combined with warmth, fun and creativity/learning. Rose is very creative with themes and ideas and great at encouraging focus. Nancys cooking is eclectic and loved by all. My daughter has absolutely loved her time there. She is set up and ready for school and we will be forever grateful to Rose, Catia, Nicole and Nancy for everything they have done. We will miss our time there and highly recommend the nursery.”

“Excellent boarding kennels! We’ve been using Canada Farm for many years for boarding and grooming. The kennels are immaculate and the staff are always friendly and super confident when handling the dogs. I totally recommend them and I wouldn’t take our dogs anywhere else.”

“I had a great experience with Estie and their customer service is fantastic! After I had issues with an outfit I got from Mumbai a week before my sister’s wedding, I went to Estie and Amir was incredibly helpful in helping me choose an outfit. Even after that when there were issues with my sister’s outfit from India, they were incredibly responsive in trying to source another outfit for her and made the whole ordeal much less stressful. They have incredible outfits in store and I would definitely buy from them again!”

“I have been coming here with my two little boys for the last 2 years. They love it and so do we! Staff have always been amazing and so good with the kids, space is lovely c always clean and lovely toys. Great coffee! And it’s the perfect size so you can get a few mins to have your coffee in peace as you can always see where they are . Couldn’t recommend high enough for a morning or afternoon out with your little ones !”

“We had my daughters 1st birthday party here a few weeks ago and everything was organised for us, from the decor, to the food, the invitations and the party bags. All we had to do was provide a cake. The food for the kids were a bit basic and there wasn't much choice but this was not a huge problem. The staff were friendly and welcoming, they had communicated everything with me before hand via email (very responsive) so we pretty much knew what to expect. Everything was organised well on the day and they fulfilled any requests I had. Nothing was too much trouble. I liked the fact they have a no shoes policy so the place was really clean, perfect for kids to crawl around. The venue is great for kids and pretty well thought out. All the kids that attended had a great time. I would definitely return for some stay and play sessions and have already booked for the santas grotto.”

The room itself was creative with lots of different types of puzzles. I've now been to all three current rooms and would recommend the Titanic one in particular.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars It was my first time visiting Softplay with my 15-month-old, and I was pleasantly surprised! The area was spacious, clean, and not overcrowded at all. I loved that they had separate sections for different age groups — including a special area just for little ones up to 18 months. Everything was well supervised. One of the staff members was especially attentive, always making sure the older kids didn’t wander into the baby area and that everyone followed the rules. It made the experience feel very safe and respectful for everyone. The whole place was spotless, the vibe was great, and even the food was good! I also really appreciated that we didn’t need to pre-book — we just walked in, and for the whole family, it was only £11.50 for a two-hour slot, which is amazing value. Overall, it was a wonderful experience — clean, well-organized, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!”

“The service i got provided was 100/10 sonic was really professional and actived with the children. When it was time for sonic to leave the children didn't want sonic to go overall I can honestly say I will be recommending crazy fun parties to everyone and definitely will be using them again for the next party I do”

“The one oclock club is like the dream backgarden but of your best friends house so you don’t have to tidy up! Your children can run wild with no shoes, get wonderfully wet and grubby and generally have a bit of a 90s childhood experience. There a thousand different toys to play and experiment. I’ve got a 4 year old and a 1 year old and it suits them both perfectly. They can explore the space independently and it’s the perfect size for me to keep an eye on them without hovering over them. We love it!”

“This park is good for playing and for walking dogs but there are not as many ducks as in the other park down the road with the big pond. There are swings here though.”

It’s a wonderful environment always filled with happy faces and the space is perfect for children to ‘network’ & build a number of skills, including social, communication, logical, physical and imagination! Equipped with loos as well as feeding & changing stations, it’s a no brainer! This place is perfect to visit multiple times and let the little ones blow off some steam!! Highly recommend!”

“We visited Bat & Ball in Stratford Westfield to watch the 2025 Belgian Grand Prix, and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Welcome & Atmosphere We arrived slightly early and were warmly greeted at the door by a team member who quickly confirmed our reservation and directed us upstairs. Upon reaching the upper floor, we were pleasantly surprised by the range of seating options and screens available. They catered to both cricket and Formula 1 fans, which was a lovely touch. We were guided to a booth in the upper section. At first glance, we were hesitant because we couldn’t see any screens immediately. However, we soon realised there were two large screens positioned perfectly for our booth. It turned out to be an ideal hideaway spot, perfect for those of us who are a bit introverted and just want a relaxed, comfortable environment to enjoy a drink and watch the race. Pet-Friendly Touch We had our small dog with us, and although this isn’t a dog-focused venue (no water bowls or treats), the staff were welcoming and there was no issue having him with us. That level of flexibility really made the visit feel casual and inclusive. Food & Drink We ordered a butter chicken burger, a bowl of loaded fries topped with braised beef and cheese, and the hottest wings on the menu, which truly lived up to the name. Everything was delicious, arrived quickly, and was served hot and fresh. I also enjoyed a pint of Two Tribes Campfire Hazy IPA, which was a brilliant choice to accompany the meal. Service & Value The service was friendly and efficient throughout. Despite being busy, the team remained attentive. The total for our food and drinks (one IPA, one San Pellegrino, one Coca-Cola, the burger, wings, and fries) came to £55, which felt fair given the generous portions and the experience of watching live Formula 1 with Sky Sports in a high-quality venue. Summary • Atmosphere: 5/5. Lively, spacious, and full of viewing options without being overwhelming. • Service: 5/5. Quick, polite, and well-organised. • Food: 5/5. Delicious and generously portioned. • Pet-Friendliness: 4/5. Not dog-focused, but accommodating. • Value for Money: 4/5. A great lunch-and-sports combo experience but don’t expect it to be budget friendly. We’ll absolutely be back for the next race. Thanks again to the Bat & Ball team. “One of children's favourite indoor playgrounds. There are also an outdoor playground, and a football pitch. There are 5 party rooms with different theme/interior design. There's a cafe there. If you book a party for 2 hours, the kids will play for 1.5 hours, and then the last 30 minutes they'll gather in the party room to eat, and blow the candle. If you come by public transportation, it's better to stop at Brent Lea Bus Stop, not Syon Park Bus Stop. The direction from the google maps wasn't accurate so we had to ask some people where the place it. Toilets for customers are available.”
