“I had a good experience buying my bedroom furniture with the help of Ghalib Rahman (Iby). From the first meeting during the measure-up, he was friendly, attentive, and mindful of my budget. He wasn’t a pushy salesman which I appreciated. He understood that I wanted the room to look good but also be practical, and he worked perfectly within that. Iby kept me updated all the way through and even helped expedite the delivery. The delivery team were also great — friendly, efficient, and got everything safely up to the first floor. The charter pack was a real help when it came to fitting. The after-sales team were equally good and helped me resolve a small issue quickly and without any hassle. Overall, recommended.”

“Having had a bad experience with another kitchen supplier, I have to say Benchmarx have been an absolute joy to deal with! A small showroom, but the team (particularly Anna who looked after us from end to end) went above and beyond to show us all the different combinations of cupboards, worktops and handles. You get a truly personal service, and they take the time to make sure you’ve got everything you need and have been through every option! Apart from the RangeMaster oven the lead time is between 2 days and 2 weeks - which is consider faster than we had been quoted from other companies!! So excited to get our new kitchen fitted! If you’re looking for a kitchen, take a look at these guys, not only was Anna’s service first class, but their pricing was much better and the quality they offer as as good as anything we’ve seen elsewhere!”

“A fantastic experience from design to order. After spending an hour in the Harlow showroom going through options and ideas with Antonia, I managed to place the first version of the order. After a few design changes in the dimensions of my renovations, I had to make several changes and tweaks before final production, which the ever patent Antonia took in her stride. Although my current kitchen looks good enough to last many years, I would not hesitate to recommend SWKC for quality and service.”

“Cannot rate Cassie and the team at Benchmarx Catford highly enough. Attention to detail in the design was great and with some neat solutions other designers had not thought of. We ran into some unexpected pipework in the build but Cassie was able to come to site and provide a redesign solution to accommodate. Delivery was on time nothing missing and every little detail was provided and thought of. Can’t thank them enough, we have a kitchen far exceeding what we originally envisaged.”

“Can not fault the staff or the sofa from SCS! Our sofa arrived yesterday and it's even better than we remember in the store. Michael was a fantastic salesman he knew what he was talking about and was happy to answer all of our questions whilst giving us the time to explore all their sofas. Can not fault the service after we left and decided to change our minds about the colour. We were told 10-12 weeks waiting time and it arrived on the 11th week. All the staff were welcoming and lovely — they even asked if we wanted water and made us feel really comfortable. We were able to take our time and never felt rushed. Christian & James came round to discuss ideas & what could be done - no hard sell, no pressure & they worked within my budget without sacrificing quality. I cannot rate Robbie & his team highly enough, the nightmare they encountered due to the previous owner & his DIY ‘skills’ was dreadful, however they dealt with everything encountered with good humour & a smile (well to me anyway..) & made sure everything was clean & tidy before leaving every day.
