“A Covid test will never be as pleasant as a massage. The best we can hope for is that it's not any more unpleasant than absolutely necessary. I had booked the 12 hour fit-to-fly PCR test, was served at the time booked, given the choice to self-test under supervision or have the staff do it, and staff were very polite throughout - nothing to complain here. The result arrived after less than six hours - very happy with that. In an ideal world, I would never do a Covid test again, but in the real world, if I need one in the future, I'm likely to use the same service.”

“Seamless experience. I arrived earlier than my booked appointment but they managed to squeeze me in early instead of making me wait, which I really appreciated. The receptionist was very well presented, professional and well informed. The employee performing the test was very gentle and delicate with my nostrils. The results arrived very early in the morning of the day after the test was taken. I was very scared by the bad reviews I read after I booked, and I am now very pleased to give them a 5 star review, tell my friends about it and use their services again in the future. PS: I don't work for them and I have not been paid to write the review, but I really think their stars should go up.”

“The Elphick clinic has been highly recommended by my husband, he was previously ( very successfully ) treated by Jaco with a back pain. Jaco has also helped with my back and neck pain - felt 70% better straight after the first treatment and continuously improving. He is very personable, thorough and explained how the body works and things related ( back and neck etc) which has helped a lot and showed great knowledge. Very professional service from start to finish, including the lovely receptionist team. Overall very positive experience, would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to return if needed.”

“I took little pickle to the vets yesterday as she had injured her leg and was not putting any weight onto it. I don’t know the vets name and I wish I did but she was absolutely fantastic, and the girl at reception was also a lovely lady and very helpful when speaking to her. I couldn’t of asked for a better service. the vet was very honest, very helpful and great at keeping Pickle so calm when she was examining her. “Although this review is long overdue, I wanted to share my experience. I visited Priory alone with my incredibly beloved hamster who was nearing the end of his life and was needing to be put to sleep that day, and I was heartbroken and in tears. The vet I saw was so incredibly kind and compassionate. Despite the fact that some may not understand how much a small pet like a hamster can mean, I felt absolutley no judgment for my emotions. The vet offered me tissues and gave me the time I needed to say my goodbyes, which meant so much. A few weeks later, I was deeply touched to receive a condolence card from Priory. This gesture truly went above and beyond. Thank you so much for your kindness, it truly meant so much to me. I couldn't reccomend a veterinary practice more.”

“Such a lovely vets! They have been seeing my Cat Bella since she was a kitten, they were brilliant with her from the day we first took her there and so caring. Bella was unfortunately given to me at 6 weeks old and wasn’t the healthiest but they brought her back to life and checked up on her with phone calls to see how she was. “Sarah and the team at Woodham Lane Vets have been wonderful with Bella, she had a large cyst that other vets said they had to amputate a toe to get rid of it. Sarah happily gave me a second opinion and was reassuring, Bella now has all of her toes and no cyst! The care we received was second to none and the advice and follow up care was brilliant! Amy and Patsy were always friendly and helpful and Bella got lots of snuggles! “We used the Fit to Fly USA test with video validation as required by the USA. Test kits arrived the day after ordering. Zoom appointment was conducted as scheduled with the results certificate arriving 30mins later by email. A mistake on the certificate, which was entirely our fault was rectified with out a quibble and quickly. Couldn't fault the service or speed at answering emails and making good my mistake. Highly recommended.”
