“I had my surgery for a total left hip replacement at west Middlesex hospital on the 5th August 2020. Arjuna was my surgeon and looked after me with his team from day 1. I was the first day surgery case patient for a total hip replacement at the hospital (which is exploring new ways of working given the Covid environment backdrop). My personal experience with the team at west Middlesex has been fantastic and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great unit and indeed a great surgeon / consultant for surgery. The initial consultation for sign off for surgery, the pre - operative assessment and talking through the surgery procedure were all carried out with a high level of due care and clinical excellence. I felt as a patient that the over riding priority was achieving a great clinical outcome for me and my surgery. The day of the surgery was very well co ordinated and went smoothly. Admission was straightforward, I was administered local Anaesthetic and the surgery took around 2 hours. I arrived at 7.30am and was discharged around 7pm the same day. Just brilliant. Since discharge I have been in constant contact with Arjuna and the team and the physio unit. I have also had two follow up appointments where Arjuna has held office himself directly. I am now nearly 7 weeks post surgery and progressing well and will be back to see In 3 months time for an assessment and x ray on the new joint. Thank you to Arjuna and the whole west Middlesex team for their care and passion. They have cleverly demonstrated the high value of keeping these important services local. “I set up my first fish tank just after Christmas, and Squires Aquatic Department has been amazing in advising me on the best ways to make it successful. I bought blue neon tetras. Fish, I have always wanted. Squires staff advised on how many to first introduce to the tank, when to add snails and shrimp. Great service. Friendly staff and knowledgeable. This will be my go-to store.”

The facilities are excellent, I used to play badminton there when it had the Whitton "Dome" visible from the A316, but now it's been brought bang up to date with the new school buildings. The only slight downside is that a badminton training there is more expensive than Hampton with the danger amount of time and the same coach”

“Alison is a good teacher and has patient. It's not easy to teach a 60 year old lady to swim who is afraid of water. Am enjoying attending swimming lessons. Hope will be an expert soon.”

“I'm not a huge fan of dentists, but I think this dentist is good. I have never had a negative experience in 10+ years of being a patient there. The only drawback is that with there only being one dentist, there will be times when you just can't get an appointment. ps I was surprised to see 1* reviews. One of the 1* reviews seems implausible - the dentist, whilst testing for numbness, made cuts so bad in the gum that stitches were needed. Smells a bit fishy to me.”
