“We are thrilled with our second Schmidt kitchen, designed for our new home by Senior Designer Matt McArdle at the Wimbledon showroom. Matt was fantastic from start to finish. From our initial design meeting in August 2023 to a follow-up visit after installation, he was always on hand to support and advise us. The kitchen itself is superb quality, incredibly well-made, and offers so much spacious storage. Our only regret is that we didn't use Schmidt for the installation as well. A flawless experience from a brilliant designer and a top-tier product. 5-Stars without a doubt.”

“A welcoming and fun dance school, we would heavily recommend them to anyone wishing to try it out as a hobby! We started about a year ago with no experience whatsoever, and under the careful tutoring of the flow dance team through the group classes we’ve already seen such improvement and had a lot of fun. A special shout out to Jan who has been absolutely excellent in our private classes, always happy to help and very knowledgable!”

“Yesterday, engineer Ally fixed a leak under the thermostat cup above the heating pipe. I'm very pleased with his approach. He did the job quickly, cleanly, and even gave me advice on choosing a boiler in the future. Also, the engineer arrived at the appointed time. Thank you very much, Ally!”

The variety and quality of the food are exceptional, from the fresh fruit and natural juices to the freshly baked pastries and hot dishes prepared with care. The atmosphere is calm and elegant, perfect to start the day full of energy. I would especially like to highlight Juan, an excellent waiter who was always attentive, kind, and professional. Thanks to him, the service was flawless and the whole experience even more enjoyable.”

“Purchased an E-Bike from here, had to get it fixed due to an accident I had, delivered the bike and was advised it would take up to 3 weeks to have the part needed to be delivered. Got a call by the end of the second week and it had been fixed. Due to a busy schedule I was unable to pick up the bike for a couple of weeks, they did not rush me to collect the bike which...I don't know if it is worth mentioning but that was a real positive part of it for me. I then had to have the wheel sorted due to a punctured innertube. Brought it in and I was advised of how long it would take, It was completed in good time as advised. All the staff, especially the team in the bicycle department have been incredible. Jack and Sorin are so friendly and have so much knowledge. Cannot remember the head technicians name, I think it began with an M? Really really nice guy too. Service is on point and the staff are a credit to the company.”

Upon collecting my click and collect order, the manager asked if I placed my order through the app, which I had, and he informed me that one of the items I had ordered had a buy one get one free offer for orders placed through the app. So I placed an order again using the appropriate voucher code, and he refunded me for the original item, and hey presto, I got one free!! You couldn't ask for a better experience.”

“Went into the shop on Saturday 18/01 and got the best service! The member of staff Jessie was unsure of what I wanted and got Daniel the Branch Manager to Help. Meanwhile the rest of the staff were joking and laughing with me other customers and amongst themselves! You can tell there is a great relationship between them. I have never left a Google review before but I couldn't let this service go without the praise it deserves! I got exactly what I needed and managed to solve my plumbing issue quickly and easy and I had no idea what I was doing! I will be back!”

“I would highly recommend Caterham PAT testing. I required last minute PAT testing for my equipment and found Ben through a search on Google. Thankfully, he managed to give me an appointment on the same day and was really easy to communicate and organise with. The PAT testing itself took 5 minutes and the certificate was sent to me by the next morning. Great service and I would highly recommend!”

“Stayed here back in April. Loved it! Very quiet area and close to buses, Imperial Wharf train, and Earl’s Court and Fulham Broadway tube stations. I love the Tesco grocery store down the street. Good restaurants in the area within walking distance. The Doubletree Hotel next door was great for drinks and morning buffet breakfast!”

Roger is very down-to-earth and knowledgeable, you don't get the 'hard sell' but you get access to wealth of his experience. It's worthwhile having a good idea of your specification as it's much easier for them to work with you and get to a quick solution. Design and installation process was smooth. Couple of snagging issues meant return trips from the installers (not Osborne employees) but Martina & Roger were helpful in getting things sorted out. I didn’t catch her name but I especially wanted to thank the lady who helped me earlier this evening - I was struggling to find a colour match for my bathroom’s silicone sealant, as the colours shown on the bottles are often inaccurate and Screwfix unfortunately doesn’t have/do samples, but she did her best to show me what they had available and find what colour might work. Turns out the vanilla was a perfect match, thank you!”
