“How many Halfords employees does it take to change a lightbulb? 2 apparently; one grumpy old man to tell you not to park your car in a fitting bay (at the time you have booked) only to have to move it immediately back there after moving it elsewhere and then to tell you they can't change the headlamp bulb on your car even though you tell them you have seen it done before without taking the whole headlamp unit out and then the 18 year old who apparently knows nothing to do it in a matter of seconds. The 5 stars are for the young lad who was very polite with a great customer manner and an extra bonus 0 stars were awarded for the grumpy git (If he wasn't just having an off day please let the young lad give him a bit of training).”

Stock levels of size 12s isn't great. I picked three up and none in my size. Store assistants apologized and then looked to see what was in stock. I explained about my side feet and said ok I know what will fit you. Came back with a pair that fitted perfectly. Checked to make sure I was happy and obviously I bought them. Lady at the till was really smiley and very pleasant in serving me. Great experience there. Thank you!”
