“Very straightforward... Took car in for a quote for fairly minor repairs which Azizi gave up front and then asked to bring it in next working day for the work to be done. It took one day more than expected and I was told about that fairly late on in the day but not a major issue. The work done was very good and I can't see any evidence of the former scratches/damage that were all repaired. I didn't know what to expect beforehand and didn't shop around for quotes so don't know how it compares on cost, but the quote seemed very reasonable to me for the work which is why I didn't bother to get other quotes. Very happy and would use again.”

As I lost the bill and I didn’t have an account with tootlstation when I purchased the item, it was difficult to trace. Finally I could with my bank statement. Karl was so helpful to trace back and replaced with new item.”

“I have been visiting Toolstation, Beckenham on a regular basis for nearly a year. It has become like a second home! Customer service is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. Items can be easily ordered, if not in stock and can be returned if not suitable. Michael Tasker served me today and has done on many previous occasions. He is a charming young man, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help. I was not rushed or made to feel a nuisance, especially when others were waiting. I am always treated with the utmost respect. I would also like to mention Ed, who has served me on many occasions in the past too. He has always been patient and helpful, especially when deciding which handles to choose as I was replacing all my internal door handles. It was no trouble for Ed to open several boxes of handles so I could make a decision. He also carried two huge tubs of Wallrock paste to my car, without hesitation. These two young men are a huge asset to Toolstation and I hope they will be rewarded for their excellent service. I have also been served by many other members of staff and all have given the same high standard of service. Well done guys and ladies! Thanks to all of you.”

The latter of which was subject to very specific width, depth and height requirements which were easily accommodated. Steve is clearly passionate about his work and this shows through in the finished item. Both items I purchased were built with high quality materials, attention to detail and importantly a sense of uniqueness. Do not assume this comes at a price. It doesn’t! “I honestly can't speak highly enough of this place, a real gem of a shop with a very traditional feel. They have put carpets in the whole of the upstairs and the quality is really fantastic. We went for a thicker carpet in the main bedroom and it really was worth it although the other carpets are also excellent. “I started my kitchen journey with Jacqueline and Karl at Casalife in June 2021 when I was doing a complete back to brick renovation of my bungalow. I had a series of delays with my build project during which, Jacqueline and Karl from Casalife showed remarkable patience, professionalism and a detailed. Knowledge of the practicalities of a good kitchen layout. My kitchen design went through many changes over that coming year until its final installation in October 2022. The advice and revisions Casalife worked with me on were invaluable. I was concerned about my tight budget and whether I could afford a good quality kitchen with Casalife - but they worked with me in deciding appliances, sink and tap, cabinets and doors with detailed 3D designs. I chose a 2 tone effect using AREDDO3 Kali with a mix of oak and Fenix finishes and some clever carousel storage solutions for my corner cabinets. During installation, Casalife quickly resolved the few technical hitches encountered. Their preferred kitchen fitter, Michael was great. Now in 2024, I added some shelving options with Casalife’s help. And my kitchen feels complete. I am very happy with my decision to go with Jacqueline and Karl and I would strongly recommend Casalife.”
