“Late review, but I cannot stop thinking about those jerk dumplings. I had them last Wednesday, and here I am days later still dreaming about them. My stomach is literally growling just writing this. As a true foodie, I’ve had my share of great bites, but these dumplings? Next level. Flavour packed, tender, with just the right amount of heat completely unforgettable. The service was just as impressive. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the assistant manager went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. She is a genuine vibe. I’m already planning my next visit ASAP. And hey, if you're reading this… please save me a few dumplings . I’m coming back for them!”

“A friend came to visit us in the UK and we decided last minute to have dinner nearby. Saw this place had good Google reviews so we gave it a try. The dining area was nice and quiet, perfect for catching up and chatting. We went for the weekday set menu (£18.50 for three courses) and honestly, every dish was way better than expected – really tasty and nicely done. For the price, it was such a great deal. Super happy with the meal and would definitely come back!”

“Lovely new menu. I am vegetarian with a nut allergy. The menu had lots of vegetarian choices that is nut free. Service was great, We went for lunch and it was a little quiet. But a great place for lunch to have a lovely catch with friends without being disturbed. Staff were attentive without being intrusive. There is a great lunch time menu, as well as a set menu and a full dinner menu”

“The renovation has completely transformed this pub – it looks fantastic inside and out, with a fresh but welcoming atmosphere. The vibe is spot on: lively yet relaxed, making it just as good for a casual drink with friends as for a proper sit-down meal. The staff couldn’t be friendlier – attentive, warm, and genuinely make you feel at home. Service was excellent throughout, and you can tell they really care about creating a great experience. A brilliant local spot that’s well worth a visit – we’ll definitely be back!”

“Food was delicious. Me and my siblings went on Saturday evening to break our fast there and the staff were amazing. They gave us dates/ fresh orange juice and spring rolls! On top of that the food was delicious! Steaks were tender and juicy! Definitely enjoyed the food but also the atmosphere was really good! Definitely recommend you go here! “I used to visit this place in the 90's with my two sons, for a game of pool, a drink & a pub meal when I used to live in Harefield. Now back after nearly 30 years following too many recommendations. A very impressive Indian Food restaurant, elegant layout, excellent food from a varied menu. Service is top, staff are courteous & well trained. We will definitely be returning soon with some of our overseas visiting friends..”

“Tropics Grill has quickly become one of my favorite places to eat. The moment you walk in, you get hit with that fresh-grill aroma that tells you the food is actually being cooked, not just microwaved. I tried the steak plate this time, and it was tender, flavorful, and cooked exactly how I asked. The rice and veggies were seasoned perfectly — not bland like most places. What stood out the most was the service. The staff treated me like a regular even though it was only my second visit. They’re attentive without hovering, and they seem to genuinely care that customers enjoy their meals. Prices are reasonable, portions are satisfying, and the quality is consistently good. I wish more places had this level of customer care and attention to detail. If you’re thinking about trying Tropics Grill — do it. You won’t regret it.”
