“Love it...but the lifts are a constant problem! Why not fix them ALL at once and save on call-out costs. Lovely friendly staff and a good layout! Also...could you pay me for working there when I'm forced to scan my own shopping? You need to put an option for an hourly rate so i can get paid accordingly. I dont like shopping so im pretty quick! I can give you my bank details but I'll need some sort of induction and I feel like I'll get taxed heavily for having a second job! What can we,as a team do about this? “I think this is the best GP practice around, the reception staff are always so helpful and supportive. You hear so many stories about receptionist at GP's being difficult but I have only ever experienced professionalism and kindness from them. You can book appointments ahead of time so none of the calling first thing in the morning to wait in a queue to be told no more appointments. I have also been fitted in as emergency on a few occasions.”

“Been going to Esquires since November 2021 and since last May it has become one of my regular places to sit, eat and enjoy coffee with my daughter. I always go there if meeting friends also. The staff have always been friendly towards us as if they didn't I wouldn't keep going there. No complaints from friends of mine who also visited there. It is a place where I can go, feel relaxed and I understand the pressure they get when in their busy times. They do not have much time to communicate and get tired/stressed easily especially due to lack of staff at the moment.”
