“I did my shopping last night (10th September around 9:20 pm) and was assisted by a lady at the self-service kiosk. She was wearing glasses and had a brown tone, and although I didn’t catch her name, she was absolutely fantastic. She was polite, very helpful, and provided excellent customer service. We asked her to replace our old Iceland bag with a new one, and she assisted us quickly and kindly. Really impressed with the support and professionalism — thank you”

“Absolutely lovely hidden gem!! We popped in to get some spices and meat, this was our first visit and the shop is spotless, the staff were friendly and helpful. We couldn’t walk past the hot food and not buy any, we already had food that we’d just bought somewhere else so only got a mutton samosa and chicken wrap - ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!, I wish we had got more as we won’t be able to pop back until the new year, they were honestly THE BEST samosa & wrap we’ve ever had, I’m always dubious with samosas as they are usually ‘hit and miss’ but the flavours, textures and even the filo pastry was second to none! The shop floor, was so well stocked, very reasonably priced and was clean, organised and tidy! Brilliant find!”

“They bother answering the phone. Asked security man who was near the self-checkouts if I could pay by cash he informed me that I could. Special offer price that appears online and says "Nectar price" don't apply in the small/local store even if you have Nectar card, the item will still be on special offer but a little bit more expensive than the price you'd pay at the big store/supermarket. On a cake I paid 25p more”

The store has always sufficient stock of daily essentials like milk, bread, eggs, cleaning products, toiletries, etc. It is one stop shop for everything. “Located in Hounslow close to the main the bus station, Houslow Food & Wine ltd also called Labadi Kitchens has so many great produce especially Ghanaian and African as well as Indian delicacies. You would get kenkeys, shoot, yam, plaintain, cassava, fried fish and shrimps, 'tsofi'( fried turkey), Malta guiness, neat fufu and many other items... it is a great place... please check it out whenever you are around that place.. Legendary place..”
