“Abdul was very quick to respond over WhatsApp and arrived within 24hrs to fix a leaking toilet. British Gas has been out previously but were unable to repair the leak because of the toilet cistern having been siliconed to the wall behind, meaning they couldn’t access the silicone and remove the toilet. Abdul managed to cut the silicon, get the toilet free and make the repair to the pipe. Would certainly use again.”

“Visited the Ramblers Rest pub for Father’s Day and had a fantastic experience. The service was excellent, friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. It’s also a dog-friendly pub, which was a huge plus as we brought our dog along and she was made to feel just as welcome! For food, I had the king prawns to start, the beef roast for my main, and sticky toffee pudding for dessert, every single dish was delicious and beautifully presented. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to!”

Every member of staff I encountered was kind and professional, and I really can’t fault the service. A special thank you to my dentist, Anum, who truly went above and beyond. She took the time to explain each step of the process, showed me the problems clearly on the X-rays, and talked me through the options in a calm, clear, and caring way. The dentist has always been a source of anxiety for me, but today I felt completely safe, informed, and well looked after. “Interesting polarisation of past reviews but I have to take as I find. I was only looking for advice and was upfront about the reason when I popped by. The shop manager was extremely helpful and spent a good 20-25 minutes taking me through all the complications of raw dog food. As a new owner I had some pretty dumb questions but I didnt get the sense at anytime that I had outstayed my welcome. The Owner clearly had a depth of experience (with dogs at least) and was happy to guide me. I would be surprised if you get that level of service in Pets at Home etc but it is a relatively small shop, heavily stocked so if room to push your shopping trolley is a priority, its possibly not the shop for you?”
