“Genuine restaurant with high standard service and manners. I went in to pay in advance for a large meal and announced I will be back later to pick it up. The staff member was most kind in helping me put together the order as I wanted it. Furthermore, I was late to return and pick up the order and in the meantime the restaurant had closed. The staff member were so dedicated that they had left my order with the next door shop and a note to pick it up. BTW, it was beautifully packed and still hot. Huge thanks to you all and to the guy next doors who immediately brought the order when he saw me outside.”

“We stopped here for a spot of dinner and we were very impressed. The restaurant was very quiet but it was early evening, and we were greeted with a warm welcome. The food was good and value for money. There are alcoholic and soft drinks available and an extensive menu The restaurant is clean and modern and the staff Very friendly and helpful.”

“Too be fair here , I see some negative reviews, OK I see alot of people waiting for thier fish n chips , or what ever they are ordering outside on a Friday . Why ? Because its popular ! Mistakes happen , don't think its fair to down star , for being run by humans . I saw a review about a guy ordering a cheeseburger at midday - yes I feel your pain , but when I tried to order a half pounder I was told it costs too much money to put the grill on ??? , young guy btw.. what I will say is , I normally go up the road MA'S.t.. .ry.. ( I'm not here to advertise) his prices have increased , stealthily. I thought the cods looked small at oval ? But then I havnt ordered one yet , I'm hoping they where a small ? Since the other place has to break of the tail to fit it in the box ( Large) . Price wise , we ll I think the prices at the oval may be slightly higher. One thing is for certain , the owner , the indies man , oldish , is such a nice fella , he always waves at me when I walk past . Think I'm gonna try a large skinless cod soon .”

“We went to this restaurant last night and I can honestly say, we've tried a lot of restaurants in the area, royal kitchen, jalsha, oval brasserie, moghul.. but this was the nicest Indian food we've ever had. Great selection of poppadom chutneys, the best prawn puri starter we have ever had , main meal fantastic. Service absolutely brilliant. Will definitely make this out local from now on. Highly recommend”

“2020 hasn't been a great year for restaurants (ain't that an understatement) but if you want an outstanding sushi experience at home then you really must try Komakai. You won't find better sushi in London. Seriously. Great quality ingredients and clearly a talented chef. If you're missing those nights out in London then definitely give Komakai a go. Can't recommend highly enough. 5 stars”

“This gem is my new favourite. My chicken vindaloo was amazing, the atmosphere was decent and it had a lovely designed layout. What would be amazing though is if they had Cobra on draft and not just served by the bottle but that’s one for the owner. I definitely recommended the Moghul, you won’t be disappointed. “Dine-in Experience The interior was simple but clean, and the staff provided excellent and attentive service. I shared the Teriyaki Salmon Noodles and sushi with my son. The Teriyaki Salmon Noodles were topped with plenty of salmon and were very filling. We thoroughly enjoyed the dish. The sushi was also carefully prepared and tasted delicious. Additionally, the bathroom was clean, which was a big plus. I would definitely love to come back again!”
