“Good cafe. Been coming here for a few years and have never been disappointed. Good selection of food and the bubble & squeak is this best I have ever had. The lovely man who runs the cafe is so lovely and friendly. Highly recommend this cafe.”

“Just come home, what a fantastic meal we had, everything from food, service and atmosphere was all perfect! Not sure how long this little gem has been here but 100% recommend and will be back, 2 courses and a bottle of wine about £65pp and we have enough food for dinner tomorrow which we was able to box up. “We were welcomed on entering by Costa Vishal and Arizona they were extremely helpful and polite and made us feel special especially as my brother has recently had his cataract operated on and wasn’t feeling too good it made him feel much better. Thank you so very much x”

“think this is one of the best Costa Coffee outlets in the Havering area of outer London. It is run with super efficiently and a lot of care is taken to meet any special requests such as extra hot etc etc I do not know how long the young lady whose name i understand is Valentina has been at Costa but she certainly seems to be very experienced.She stays calm and organised even when it is very busy. I like to give praise where praise is deserved and she certainly deserves it. She has the perfect manner for dealing with the public and makes the minimum fuss about it. A credit to Costa ! Her colleagues are very good too and no doubt are recipients of good advice from Valentina. Thank you Paul”

“We ordered sushi on the website and by accident I placed the order twice. The restaurant kindly called me to clarify which I really appreciate. The food quality was amazing, and the portions good. We were pleasantly surprised to find two mochis as a thank you for the order :). We will definitely order from them again!”

“This is my new favourite cafe!! It's got so much better over time. I must Go there atleast once a week or I start missing it!!! Have tried a lot of other cafes but this is the best one so far. “Just had the loveliest experience here and had to share.. Eating out with a little one can be a bit nerve wracking and we've sometimes been made to feel like a real inconvenience...not here! The staff were fantastic with my little girl and so friendly and welcoming. My little one devoured the cracker kindly offered to her (she refused the food I brought with me!) The lady even wiped her hands and played with her, giving me the chance to enjoy the siracha eggs I'd ordered (which were delicious by the way). Wish I'd visited here sooner but certainly gave me the confidence to come back again. Thank you”

“This is a family run restaurant. It’s been going for a long long time. . When we lived in Upminster we were frequent visitors and on a return visit we were excited to go back after 7 years. The food was as excellent as it always had been. One of our party was vegetarian and instead of being an after thought on the menu she was told everything came as a vegetarian option. I had forgotten how great they are on vegetable dishes, everything tastes and is recognisable as what it is. I love this consistently great restaurant. I would say we had visited 100 times before moving away and never had a bad meal. Delighted to return and find it hasn’t changed. I’ve literally been dreaming about the meal we had.”

“Popped in here for lunch with my friend and her baby last week and would highly recommend a visit. There were a steady stream of people coming in for icecream and the servers were very sweet despite being busy. The food menu is pretty extensive (jacket potatoes, wraps, sandwiches, full English and more) and they're really flexible so you can easily tweak and swap out items. We had a strawberry milkshake each (delish!! And they even gave us a small third glass because it made too much for 2 cups and otherwise it'd go to waste - never had that anywhere ever they normally jus put it down the sink), a crayfish sandwich and pesto panini both with Crisps and salad. Food was great and then the icecream after was fab, tasted a few flavours then picked one and only £2 a scoop! They also only use the posh biscuit cones and spinkles and sauce are inc. In the price :) seating available inside and out, fully licensed and with a wide range of cocktails and spirits and open till 8pm on some days!”

“Guys I tried flames first time and as far as takeaways go for a small business they really do know there stuff when it comes too food ,I've eaten from flames many times and from experience I've never had a bad meal and even on the odd occasion when it's been longer than usual in waiting for the delivery they have always been apologetic,the portion sizes are genouros and is very reasonable price wise ,speaking from experience id highly recommend flames kebabs it's very satisfying,a special mention for there chicken diner ,,very nice”

“I have only used the take away services of this restaurant and on both occasions have found the food to be excellent and in my opinion a five star cuisine. The food was extremely tasty, hot on delivery and delivered extremely quickly. The management and staff are extremely courteous and friendly and nothing would appear to be too much trouble. I will certainly be using both the take away and eat in services in the future. Well done Cauliflower!!!!”
