“Cafe run by charity Mencap - fantastic initiative to give people with learning disabilities the chance to learn skills in catering, customer services and hospitality. I have never eaten there but just had a quick coffee / kids snacks - it doesn't feel that warm and cosy to me, so I've never been tempted to linger too long. My suggestion would be to remove the PCs and introduce some sofas and perhaps some toys or games. Not sure how feasible that would be!”
“We went on a Friday night for our Anniversary, the weather had been great but we sat inside and it was nice and cool. There was a DJ playing old skool RnB which was a nice touch. The staff were super friendly and we met the owner, who was really lovely and very passionate about the food. The croquette were amazing and very authentic, we also had tacos to start which were delicious. The tiramisu ( which I’m always a big fan of as a dessert) came with a Japanese twist but was inspired and also really delicious. A great spot and well worth checking out for an intimate meal, big party or even a family dinner.”
“Amazing street food menu - £20 for 5 small plates of street food. Menu changes and is inspired by places in India. Food is incredible. The rum old fashioned was delicious! Will be coming back :) staff are also friendly and welcoming.”
“Ashish has always provided excellent service, great quality coffee, and with a friendly face. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in Watford junction. Always have a great experience there.”
“Got some food on the way home for the first time tonight and it has to be the best piri piri chicken we have ever had. The meals were all 10/10, fresh and tender chicken strips, wings and burger. Portions are huge and great value for money just wish we lived closer to this place!”

“I had the pleasure of visiting Burritos Watford recently. The mexican tottilla wrap were absolutely mouthwatering—the Chicken was juicy and packed with flavour, and the combination of toppings was perfect. It's definitely one of the best burritos I’ve had in a while! I also tried the mexican rice, which are something truly special. The way they’ve put it all together is unique and unlike anything I've had before. It's a must-try for anyone looking for something different and tasty! A big shoutout to udaya for her amazing customer service. She made the experience even more enjoyable with her friendly and helpful attitude. It’s not every day you come across someone so dedicated to making sure you have the best dining experience. Highly recommend this place for great food and excellent service! Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5”
“Called in for breakfast today and was met by lovely friendly staff. Seated in a booth with my friends and the place looked clean and comfortable. Only 2 waitresses on so a slight delay but it didn’t detract from the experience. I enjoyed my Cote breakfast and the produce was quality and very tasty. Beautiful poached eggs. Excellent service throughout and I would recommend Cote Brassiere.”
“Service was the best I’ve had. Very quick, always keeping an eye on our drinks throughout the brunch. Can’t fault them at all, food was tasty too, would highly recommend. The only thing they’re missing is entertainment.”
“My stay for 2 nights here was lovely. They room was spacious and had all the basic amemities including a Nespresso machine. The only let down in my opinion was the size of the bathroom which was tiny. The staff at reception as well as the restaurant are amazing and genuinely care of the guests.”
“Nice Harvester with plenty of space for a wheelchair. Good food at affordable prices. The disabled access toilet was a little on the chilly side for mum but she survived. Our host Tanya was charming and accommodating. Will come again.”
“Plenty of open space and wooded areas to explore, with the well appointed hub for all your other needs(cafe, toilets), and a great play park for the kiddies. Miniature railway and a small farm nearby, can't recommend enough. We went for this year's fireworks display and it didn't disappoint. Well worth a family visit.”
“Sure! Here's a more natural and polished version of your comments: --- This is a lovely spot for lunch, with a beautifully floral interior that makes it perfect for a date or taking photos with friends and family. The service fee is optional if you're in a group of fewer than seven people. The food is excellent — the Asian Pork Belly Bites are my absolute favorite: sweet, crispy, and tender without being dry. The Cumberland sausage also makes a solid choice for a main course. Prices are reasonable, around \$30 per person without dessert. Overall, I definitely recommend this place. Just keep in mind that there aren't many servers, so things might be a bit slow — patience helps!”
“It's always busy here during weekends, but I am always lucky to have a corner table not sharing with others. The food is really delicious and the broth is so tasty in the ramen. The hostess is very attentive and very quick on giving us a table. The atmosphere is great. I could see an open kitchen where they dispensed the orders. I also tried their healthy smoothie, although it's good but the glass is too small for the price.”
“Food is good as usual, Jaya was amazing, very attentive lady. Their mayo is now plant based? Taste like nothing so I ordered their garlic mayo. Meal saved lol”
“This is a great place to get sushi - the conveyor belt is fun but also if you can’t find what you want on it, you’re able to order other items from the menu. The staff are nice and friendly and the only real issue is that it can get a bit busy/crowded on weekends so it isn’t always possible to get the waiter’s attention sometimes. I don’t really blame them because it’s a really busy place and the quality of the sushi is great. It’s definitely worth it for the price and the food is pretty filling. The variety of salmon sushi made me happy and the cheesecake dessert is also quite good. Prawn crackers are tasty as well. Sometimes if you order non sushi items, it can take awhile to get your food (my friend had to wait for almost 30 minutes which wasn’t good but I could see the chefs were very busy!).”
“The food at YO Sushi in Tesco is really good. Always go to get the Korean chicken bites, Korean bites with salad, and the katsu curry. Averages around £6 a meal which isn’t too bad. Would really recommend trying. If you need anything the staff there are always on hand to assist with and queries”
“Amazing stay at Premier Inn Watford Croxley Green! Had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were super friendly and helpful — especially Faisal Shaikh, who went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfy, and the location was perfect for everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with a good range of options, and service was always with a smile. Really appreciated the calm, quiet atmosphere throughout the hotel — made for such a relaxing stay. My only suggestion would be to install proper air conditioning. It was around 35°C during our visit, and the room got quite hot, especially at night. Everything was great, but a proper A/C would’ve made it perfect. Still giving it 5 stars though, because everything else was genuinely brilliant. Would happily stay again!”
“Having travelled from leicester, Food here is brilliant! Lovely burger and wings. Marinated to perfection”
“Owner and staff are all friendly, menu is well priced and chips are consistently exquisite! Even my cats try to steal them off my plate! 10/10 I have been a returning customer for over 4 years”
“Very helpful staff. Our ordered food arrived quickly. Well done.”
“went in Jan 2022 and was served by a delightful young lady, Anjilee. Food was like eating at your nans whilst she has cataracts. Despite her challenges, Angeli was a great waitress and it’s good to see places giving an opportunity to people like her!”
“Fantastic food fantastic service. Loved it all”
“I am so shocked after reading negative opinions because my one is absolutely opposite so I decided to write a review as well. We order Mr Sushi around for a year now (as soon as they appeared on Just Eat app). Delivery time is like usual when you use delivery apps +/- 45 minutes. Food is always fresh and tasty, soups are nicely warm. Deep fried chicken Yakiudon is life :D I would highly recommend it as we love sushi and we've eaten it in many places. This is definitely in top 5.”

“This guy is an absolute legend! My family and I ordered from his place back when he had a shop in Uxbridge, when we lived there. I was absolutely elated to find he's now here in Croxley, where we are too. The best kebabs we've ever had!”
“Sweet hidden gem for all you coffee fanatics out there. Had the Kenya batch brew filter which was yum also picked up a bag of Colombia Buenos Aires which is a peach fruit bomb. Do yourself a favor get it before it gone. Bru the owner roast his own beans and he does a fantastic job.”
“Genuinely the best Thai I’ve ever had in the UK. And genuinely the closest thing to authentic Thai food from Thailand itself! The Khao Soi and the Penang curries were truly outstanding! Apple (the owner) and the staff were super friendly! Couldn’t recommend highly enough and I’m guaranteed to go back regularly! Thank you for having us!”
“Tried the jerk chicken with rice and peas with mac and cheese and plantain and it was very flavourful and delicious. Portion sizes are generous, would recommend for a lunch or dinner! Staff were super friendly too.”
“Stopped here on the way back to our hotel and chose the pasta dishes. The portion sizes were huge and very well priced. The staff were very friendly and chatty. We even got given a free garlic bread to have with our pasta. Great service!”
