“I booked my airport transfers to and from my hotel in Prague through Prague Experience. I was very happy with the service. Both drivers we had, Martin and Emil, were friendly, courteous and on-time. It was our first time in Prague and we didn't want the hassle of carrying our luggage on a bus or train from the airport. In spite of a delay at customs/immigration, Martin was waiting for us as expected. In fact, Prague Experience had contacted us via cell phone when we failed to show up on time to verify our arrival and provide directions on where to meet our driver. Unfortunately, my phone's battery was dead and I didn't get the call or message. No worries--Martin was still waiting for us in the arrivals hall as promised. On our return transfer, there was no need to call and verify our reservation. We exited our hotel and Emil was waiting at the curb to take our bags right on time. They both spoke English and answered any questions we had about the area. Highly recommended!”

“I have been asked by this business to give them a reference and I have absolutely no hesitation is doing so. My husband and I as well as my daughter were in London for only 3 days in September and we hired a chauffeured driven BMW to do some sightseeing outside of London for one day. We ended up going to a number of places around the town of Bath. The driver (Bryce) was obviously very experienced and we felt very comfortable with him. We wanted it to be informal so he was more of a tour guide than a chauffeur really. We ended up doing some extra miles so the total cost was around £219. This was supposed to be for 8 hours be we were gone more like 10 and we were not charged any extra. We really got the feeling Bryce was having as much fun as we were! The car was very luxurious being a brand new BMW and the experience was just fantastic. As a tourist I would highly recommend Luxury Travel UK to anyone. “I didn’t expect much from this hotel at first, but my stay turned out to be surprisingly wonderful! • The staff were extremely lovely and welcoming throughout my 6 days, 5 nights stay. • Rooms were spotless and room service was very accommodating. • I was upgraded to an executive room with the most memorable view, such a thoughtful touch. • The restaurant team was so friendly, they even treated me to a cheesecake before I left, which truly made it feel like home (we even took a photo together!). • At checkout, I was delighted to receive two complimentary Harrods chocolate bars. Overall, an amazing stay that went far beyond my expectations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for warm hospitality and a truly memorable experience in Knightsbridge.”

“Nice and cosy rooms with modern decor. Good price for this area of London. I have stayed at the Andaz hotel which is close which cost over double the price of this room (room 15) at Fraser Residences but Fraser Residences was a much better stay. Slightly noisy from the street, but that is to be expected in central London. Room is open plan.”

Shops are 5 mins walk away costa, b&m, tkmax, lidl, burger king, kfc, McDonalds, star bucks. A place that you can confidently recommend to friends and family”

“This is the 3rd Millennium hotel that I have stayed at in London and is the best in my opinion. The executive rooms are amazing, from decor, Nespresso machine and free mini bar to the comfy bed, desk and huge TV! There was also dressing gown and slippers. I was welcomed with a personalised card and fruit bowl too. The service from everyone was professional, polite and always quick service on reception despite the hotel always being busy. Breakfast was varied and plentiful in a beautiful dining room. I particularly liked the porridge, fruit salad and coffee. Only slight issues - no body lotion or tissues in room and Humphreys bar only served drinks in plastic cups - didn't match the 4 star experience of hotel. Would definitely recommend those wanting a good base in London.”

“We have stayed in many Premier Inns over the years and this one is by far our favourite. The location is great with easy access to the tube, as well as some great shops and eateries around the corner. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious - offering everything you need for a good nights sleep. Despite the traffic outside, we are completely undisturbed here. There’s a great bar on the ground floor that has an amazing atmosphere. The staff are always friendly and helpful, too, which is an added bonus. Whenever we travel to London now, we always try and book this Premier Inn. It’s set the bar very high.”

“It was great stay over there. Liked the food as well as the atmosphere and most importantly the service. The guy named Limon from the reception was wonderful with everything. He made my stay amazing by helping me through every procedure. Was there for my business trip and coming back again in the same place. Would definitely suggest to go there and met this amazing guy. “Excellent location, in the city very close to two train stations, with plenty of services around (shops, restaurants, cafes,…). It was also possible to reach many attractions on foot. The room was big for London standards. Bed was comfortable. I got a good deal on the room. On the minus side, It was a back room, so the view was not great, but on the other side it was quiet. Also, They should do housecleaning every day rather than every other day. In any case, if you find a good deal, you can stay there.”

“My rating would be a 4.5 more than a 5 star. The rooms are very large and clean, the kitchen is functional, views are amazing and the hotel is located close to transportation hubs, shopping, restaurants. Again, location is amazing! They have laundry room free of charge for the apartments but they don’t clean them as they should. Room cleaning comes every 3 days but they are really helpful and responsive if you ask for new towels and toiletries. Receptionists are nice but not always helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would choose it again on my next visit.”

“We came for the Christmas doggy afternoon tea and it did not disappoint. Each dog had their own tower of homemade goodies and even a toy each. The offerings for the humans was delicious. The service was great and the atmosphere was delightful. Definitely recommend”

“The breakfast is fantastic. Hot, delicious, and all you can eat. Parking is expensive although typical for London. £16 per day when I visited. (Less if needing 10 hours or less.) Clean, in good repair. Secure, again, typical for London, but slightly annoying, in my opinion, e.g. you have to use your card for the lifts. I got a good price.”

“Central location, 7 minutes walk from St Pancras Station. I got there late after a long day in and around London. The short time I was there, Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well kept. Bed was comfortable. The Only thing is check out ime is 10.30am, a little earlier than other places I stayed before. I'm happy with my stay, and would recommend it.”

“We spent the last weekend before Christmas at Hilton London Metropole and had a wonderful stay. After raising a few issues, the Duty Manager, Mohamadou listened carefully and resolved everything, completely turning our experience around. All staff were kind and welcoming. The hotel is perfectly located just a 2-minute walk from Edgeware underground station. Our room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast had great variety, and the executive lounge truly felt VIP. A big thank you to the entire team, especially Mohamadou. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel’’.”

“Excellent overview of Murano, Burano and Torcello. Giorgia was an excellent host speaking 5 different languages to keep guests informed. If you want to take an immersive experience in Murano or Burano, I recommend a half day or full day trip to each island. There's very little time to explore these islands on this tour.”

“We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 5-bedroom house in South East London! The property is stunning, with gorgeous decor throughout. The large garden and hot tub were definite highlights – the hot tub was especially amazing and perfect for relaxing. The kitchen facilities were top-notch, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. The hosts were incredibly helpful when we encountered a small issue with the gate and quickly resolved it, ensuring our stay was seamless. We highly recommend Grace’s home to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay. We’ll definitely be back!”

“We stayed here as part of a package deal with the Warner Brother Harry Potter studios. The hotel was comfortable and clean. All of the staff were really friendly. Shout out to manager Charlie for organising a birthday plate for my sister. It was really kind and thoughtful. The hotel went above and beyond for us. Fantastic breakfast with lots of variety. The hair dryer in my room didn't work and the reception replaced it immediately. Every interaction we had was really promot. The only negative I would say is the rooms are a little tired. We stayed in a twin room but the friendliness of the staff and the great breakfast make up for that.”

“Don't let the negative reviews put you off booking. We really enjoyed our stay in one of the 'Premier Plus' rooms, it was lovely and clean, the bed was comfy and all the staff were really nice and helpful. We ordered breakfast, which is served in the pub (The Winning Post), which is on the side of the building. It was amazing; there was plenty of choice (even as a vegetarian), and the cooked breakfast was made to order. Again, all the Staff were sociable and friendly. We will definitely be back.”
