“Rob put together the most incredible itinerary for our honeymoon. When we first decided that we wanted to honeymoon in South Africa, we found ourselves overwhelmed with decisions. We reached out to Tailormade Africa and let them know that we both had never been to Africa and that we needed some serious guidance! We had a video call with Rob who took the time to get to know us - listening to our interests, expectations and wishes. From there, he presented us with an itinerary perfectly suited to our personalities and travel interests. We spent time in Cape Town, Franschhoek and Hermanus – loving the diverse wildlife, wine and culinary scene each place offered. The highlight our of trip though would have to be our stays at Rhino Ridge Lodge and Thonga Beach Lodge. At both lodges the staff were friendly and provided a high level of service, the guides were knowledgeable, and the food exceeded our expectations. The lodges were intimate and offered us the perfect time to disconnect. There is nothing quite like the experience of being surrounded by giraffes, elephants, rhinos and many more living in their natural habitats! We ended up renting a car to self drive from destination to destination. Though we had our reservations at first about driving, we ended up loving it. It gave us the freedom to set our own timetable and at no point did we ever feel unsafe. We were both grateful not to be in a stuffy tour bus with a bunch of other people. Rob was always available on WhatsApp through our trip to check in and make sure everything was always to our liking. Though we didn’t run into any issues, it was comforting to know there was always support on hand. He even took the time to chat with us once we got back home to hear about our trip and any concerns, if we had any. We chose Tailormade Africa in hopes that they would offer us a personalized experience that the big tour groups lack, and they did not disappoint. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again! “Ali is an amazing and caring person. She looked after our cat, Carrot, as if he were her own. Longcroft Cat Hotels are brilliant. When we took Carrot to Ali at Cole Green Welwyn I just instantly knew that he was going to be cared for so well. I just love receiving updates and photos and show them to everyone! “We left our cat here for a little over two weeks and we were very happy. The room is very nice and clean with enough space for cats to roam. We got pictures and updates almost every day and from what we saw there were lots of toys provided. Highly recommend! Thank you Ann .”

“After viewing so many normal catteries we stumbled across Longcroft luxury cat hotel at Chelmsford for our two 6 month old, very active, Bengal kittens and we were so happy! I’m a very fussy cat-mum and really struggled to find anywhere that I was happy to leave my furbabies until I came and visited Tim at Longcroft. He really seemed to care and love all his furry guests and really put all my worries aside. The “suites” are immaculate, beautifully decorated and they had a great space with large, sturdy cat tree and lovely bedroom area with bed and Tim also brought in a water drinking fountain especially for the kittens to use which they loved and as it was hot they had their own fan too. We also took along a lot of their home comforts and toys which was welcomed. Every day whilst we were away we got lovely updates and or photos and a really lovely postcard “from the cats” on their last day. It really did put us at ease seeing them relax into their holiday home. Every evening the kids would ask if we’d heard from the cats yet :-) When we collected Bobby and Dolly they seemed very happy and relaxed (as did all the cats in their care!) which was just so lovely. “The Springfield apartment in Claygate promised a home from home and that’s exactly what we got. Very well furnished and in a lovely quiet location but still very convenient for the train to the city centre. Lucy and Lisa were attentive without being intrusive. We will be back. Recommended.”

“Used a few times and have had a good experience. It's always tough to leave your dog somewhere and not worry about them. But have been reassured when he stays here. Friendly staff, lots of friendly and happy dogs are usually boarding there too. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good kennel.”

“Very stylish hotel in central location with top transport links. Rooms are quiet and beds are great. Lots of Amenities , pool and spa are icing on the cake. Service is top. Only two small things to fault during our stay - the Aircon seems to reset when u leave the room and was always cold on return , had to turn temperature back up and we had a lovely view but very dirty widows. Go and find the hidden lovely hotel bar around a corner”

Everything was perfect, and the LTB team helped us tremendously, organizing activities, groceries, drinks, etc, for our group of 15 people. “Authentic and truly delicious Indian food right here! The ambience is lovely, the staff are friendly, and the drinks are great — definitely try their cocktails. The special prawns and the different varieties of chicken tikka are a must-try; you’ll love them. They have loads of tasty curries and a good range of soft drinks too. We tried the mango lassi — it was superb! The kids really enjoyed the desserts, and the portion sizes for every dish were generous. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for genuine Indian flavours and a warm, welcoming atmosphere!”

“A very beautiful hotel. Well known for its spa, which is one of my favourites in London. Beautiful pool, great services (massages, facials etc) and high quality products. I like the bar here, and the bar snacks. Rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. It’s a beautiful and elegant spot.”

“I had the most amazing stay here for my birthday. The hotel was unique with stunning decor - highly unusual but brilliant. The hotel had made every effort to recognise the occasion - the room was aptly decorated with balloons and a handwritten message on the mirror. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice - a lovely buffet selection. My dietary needs were catered for (gluten/dairy free). The hotel is situated in Islington - a very short walk to the canal. A morning walk along the canal to Canary Wharf and back along the Thames Path was the best start to the day! There are some beautiful spots along the canal to stop for a coffee or bite to eat - these are within a 5 minute stroll from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel - it made a really nice change to stay somewhere a little different/unique.”

“A spacious, well designed and immaculately finished Victorian house with a large kitchen and beautiful garden. Very well situated near the charming, tucked away pubs, bars and restaurants of Forest Gate, a stone's throw from Wanstead Flats, and a short walk to easy transport into central London. Host Tamara is absolutely fantastic. A definite 5 out of 5 experience.”

“I’ve stated twice at their apartments in Brixton. Great location and modern apartments. Good value for money, very clean and all the amenities were great. Good iron, fan, hairdryer. The temperature of the studio was great. The apartment was a little cool, so I sued the electric heater and it was great. The apartment I stayed had a full kitchen and washing machine and dish washer, which were super useful.”

What stood out most was the staff, who were exceptional in every way, warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made the entire service feel effortless and refined. A perfect afternoon and truly one of the best tea experiences in London.”

“Went for a birthday breakfast at the Royal Lancaster hotel, I had the breakfast buffet and was very happy with everything, the service was great, the breakfast options were plenty, with sweet and savoury there was something for everyone, please note if you’re Muslim you’ll have to request halal sausages from the kitchen as the ones out aren’t halal but glad there’s an option for that. The French toast was also amazing. Marcelina, Mounir and Ayska were lovely and very attentive throughout our breakfast, thank you again.”

“We had an amazing time at The Landmark. Everything was perfect! The location is unbeatable with the Marylebone station right outside the back of the hotel. They even have roofed pathway from the hotel exit to the station entrance! The room was immaculate: spacious, luxurious, comfortable and was really well kept and cleaned as they offer turn down service in the evening too. The champagne bar and The mirror bar offered great cocktails and drinks. The ambience was out of this World. The interior of the lobby and bars were so elegant it was like inside a palace. The staff were friendly, helpful and very kind. This was without doubt the best hotel we had ever stayed at. Will definitely stay here every time we are in London. Bravo!”
