The driveway looked amazing after and he even shared tips on how to maintain it with sand and sealant which we couldn't afford to do after the cleaning. After they diagnosed the problem it was a capacitor that had failed which they then replaced, they happily dealt with the warranty company to ensure the works were covered. They also advised the brake pads did not require replacing, demonstrates how honest they are. All this was done within a day and my wife collected the car. She commented she received the same warm welcome I got and even commented how comfortable she felt dealing the the guys down there. They know how to put you at ease. The service they provided was better than the Mercedes dealership we normally use and they are good as you would expect for the prices you pay!!!. Matthew, at Fastlane, promised I would receive updates every three days as to the progress being made to repair my vehicle; this duly happened. “I came to Goodmans Auto after visiting three different garages that all failed to properly diagnose my car. I’d spent £50 here and £50 there on diagnostics, and no one could get to the bottom of it. Goodmans charged £110 for a diagnostic and honestly, it was worth every penny.
