“LOVE this place! Always get my acrylic nails done with infills when I need them here. I like them natural and they are spot on. Gel Polish with accuracy and so close to the cuticle helps them last longer. AND as an added bonus they are fantastic with any nail designs you might conjure from imagination, or inspo from IG or the likes. Not to mention their pedicures are a wonderful treat for myself once in a while. I would book in advance as they are often full but will try to accommodate walk-ins if they can.”

My son has ADHD/ASD and Joe has been cutting his hair for years and years now, and my son loves him and loves how his does his hair and my son is very very particular! “I bought some products as I wanted to improve the condition of my hair and also wanted to use more natural henna dye. I had previously used henna from Amazon but my hair just turned orange! Alex took the time to ask many questions about my hair and scalp to tailor the best products for my needs. The henna this time has given me a much more natural colour which I love. I haven’t used all products yet but my favourite is the hair mask. It was quite expensive but the results have been fantastic, reduced frizz and really nourished the condition of the hair. I really recommend the salon. I should note that all consultations were remote as I am based in Belfast but next time I am in london I will visit in person as the service and quality of products have been fantastic”

They then walked me through the process of getting shellac (I've never had it before) and the experience was very relaxing. Great massage chairs and they were both so attentive. “Uban is brilliant for both haircuts and massages! I recently had a cut by Gordona that looked just like the photo and genuinely exceeded my expectations. Also, I had an absolutely amazing deep tissue massage by Stefan which really really helped my back pain with lasting effects! Really amazing technique! I have yet to try other services at Uban but I can definitely commend the haircuts and massages here especially for the price!!”

“Wedding venue We got married at the Bingham Riverhouse in Richmond on the 18th of October and couldn’t have wished for a more perfect day. We chose the winter wedding package, and everything from start to finish was beautifully organised. Laure was absolutely wonderful – calm, patient, and so responsive throughout the whole planning process. She explained everything clearly, gave fantastic advice, and it was lovely to have her there on the day with her calm, kind and reassuring manner. The venue looked stunning, with the room very professionally set up and the riverside location providing a beautiful backdrop. The food was exceptional – so many of our guests commented on how delicious it was and how smoothly the whole day ran. The fire pit, hot chocolate, and mulled wine were the perfect added touches for an autumn wedding. A huge thank you to Laure, Sherry, and the entire team at the Bingham Riverhouse for making our wedding day so special. Everything was flawless, and we’ll remember the day for years to come. “I booked a last minute massage appointment on a Friday with Ashanti, and she was wonderful. She was very caring, asking thoughtful questions to understand exactly why I was there. I had been having an extremely stressful week filled with migraines, and my goal for the massage was to relieve the pain in my back and head. Ashanti tailored the perfect massage for me—well above and beyond what I initially booked. She began with a deep-tissue massage on my back, focusing on the tight, locked muscles and blockages that were contributing to the pain radiating up to my head. Her technique was incredible! she knew exactly where to press and how to release the tension. She then followed with a gentle, relaxing head massage, and finished with a much needed neck massage. Everything flowed perfectly. I had originally wanted a high-pressure massage, and while she delivered amazing pressure where needed, she continuously checked in to make sure it felt right. The deep tissue work on my back was simply magical. Thank you!”
